DWTS’ Jenn Tran & Sasha Farber are ‘the new’ Brooks Nader & Gleb Savchenko on set as their ‘special’ connection heats up

THE DANCING With the Stars ballroom has been heating up with another on-set romance as Jenn Tran and Sasha Farber have developed a ‘special connection,’ a source told The U.S. Sun.

The Bachelorette star and DWTS pro have “taken the place” of Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko - who began their steamy romance on cameras earlier this season before being eliminated last week.

Jenn, 26, and Sasha, 40, have dropped hints at their relationship getting deeper in recent weeks and even packed on the PDA during their rehearsals.

Now that Brooks, 28, and Gleb, 41, - who played up their romance for their cameras during their season 33 run - were voted out on the October 15 episode, the showmance void has been filled by the new couple.

"There's for sure something really genuine and special brewing between Jenn and Sasha,” a source exclusively told The U.S. Sun.

“They have become the new Brooks and Gleb on the DWTS set in the sense that they're the new showmance, the new ‘it couple’ everyone is looking at. 

“And now producers are wanting to push that narrative. But there's a pureness there that again is really special. It's happened organically." 

The insider noted that while their blossoming relationship is “well-supported” on set, it has also led to tension as they film with his ex wife, Emma Slater. 

Emma, 35, and Sasha announced their separation in August 2022 and their divorce was finalized earlier this year after four years of marriage. 

Despite the split, the exes have continued to film on the show together - but appear to have limited contact directly with one another. 

"It can get awkward at times with Emma also around. I think others feel that awkward tension too of not knowing how to act. 

“But they're both extremely professional and try to make the set as stress-free as possible. 

"Plus after she had her fling with Mauricio in front of the cameras last year, all is fair in love and the ballroom.”

On last season of DWTS, Emma began a brief fling with her dance partner, Mauricio Umansky, 54, shortly after he announced his separation from wife Kyle Richards. 

In addition to their flirty on-screen chemistry, the pair were spotted kissing on dates around Los Angeles. 

This season, fans have watched Sasha and Jenn’s relationship get closer and closer - which came to a steamy peak during this week’s Disney night. 

They performed a rumba to The Littler Mermaid classic, Kiss the Girl - leading many in the studio audience, as well as at home, believing the two would lock lips. 

PUCKER UP, BUTTERCUP

Despite leading up to the big smooch, Sasha ended the dance with a sweet forehead kiss. 

When it was time for the judges to give their feedback, Derek Hough expressed his support for the couple. 

"Is it weird for me to say that I ship this?" he asked while sister and host Julianne Hough expressed her disappointment the moment wasn’t even more. 

"A kiss on the forehead? Sasha, come on!!” she quipped - to which Jenn nodded and agreed with.

Sasha admitted after the show that he didn’t want to go all-in for the kiss as a way to keep the performance “classy.”  

"I thought, 'We have such an incredible bond. We work so well together. This dance was a classy, elegant rumba. 

“It'd be weird if I was like, 'ra-ra-ra,' so I just thought I'd be a gentleman, give you a kiss on the forehead,” he admitted.

Their rumba earned them the highest scores they’ve gotten so far this season with a 27/30 - advancing them to next week. 

On Tuesday night’s episode, Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Phaedra Parks, 50, was eliminated after having the longest DWTS run of any previous Housewife.
