Luis Ruelas is back in the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Although the 12th season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, which featured the mentioning of several past allegations against Luis, including claims of domestic violence, came to an end earlier this month with a three-part reunion, negative press has found Teresa Giudice‘s fiancé once again.

Following accusations against Luis, which suggested he acted violently with past partners, a police report obtained by Page Six has revealed that Luis allegedly pushed former wife Marisa DiMartino into a metal pole at the Orangetown, New York, home they once shared with their two sons amid a verbal disagreement in 2012.

“[DiMartino] reported that after her estranged husband dropped off the children the two began to argue over finances,” the report, filed one day after the supposed encounter, stated. “The dispute became heated and culminated with [Ruelas] pushing [DiMartino] into a metal support pole in the garage.”

“This action took place in the presence of the couple’s son. [DiMartino] refused medical attention and was adamant that she did not wish to sign a charge,” the report continued.

Because Marisa did not want Luis charged for his alleged aggressions, he was never arrested. However, as Page Six shared, that police report wasn’t the only one made amid their marriage, which ended in 2010. As the outlet explained, Marisa also reported a “verbal dispute” between her and Luis, but no arrest was ever made.

“[DiMartino] states she had a verbal dispute with [Ruelas], her husband,” the report read. “[DiMartino] states they are going through a divorce and [Ruelas] came to the house and got into an argument with her. [DiMartino] left residence.”

A third police report filed against Luis accused him of calling Marisa names in front of their kids during a June 2016 custody exchange.

“My ex husband came to pick up my son [at] approx 6:00. He wanted to exchange words and I did not want to come to [the] door,” Marisa claimed in the report. “He continue [sic] ringing and banging on [the] door till I opened, scaring my other son, [redacted], upstairs.”

“At drop off he shouted names in front of both children as he sped off with second son who he claims wants to live with him,” she added.

Marisa also labeled Luis as abusive in the report. And when asked if he ever “threatened to kill [her] or [their] children,” or if the “physical violence increased in frequency or severity over the years,” Marisa checked a box marked “yes” for both.

She even selected “yes” when asked if Luis had ever been “violently and constantly jealous” of her, but she denied he ever “strangled or choked” her or had “beaten [her] while [she] was pregnant.”

While Luis has not directly addressed these latest claims, an insider did offer a statement to Page Six.

“Despite going through a divorce several years ago, Louie and Marisa are in a very good place and are both very actively involved with one another in co-parenting their two boys,” the statement read. “Marisa has met Teresa, as [Joe Giudice] has met Louie. Everyone gets along. That’s the real story here.”

As RHONJ fans may know, Luis’ ex-fiancée, Vanessa Reiser, filed a lawsuit against him (that was ultimately settled on unknown terms) after their 2020 split, claiming he was angered when not given enough sex. And another ex, Paula Sanchez, who Luis dated from 2011 to 2018, allegedly felt pressured to have sex with Luis multiple times a day, which Luis denied at the RHONJ reunion.

“I can’t have sex four times a day,” he noted.

Also at the reunion, Luis said he never “hit” Marisa.

“If I’m the only guy in America that basically had arguments with his wife and she basically walks in and calls the police, that’s the extent of it,” he stated.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 is currently in production.
