Dr. Simone Details Unseen Demise of Friendship with Quad: “Comments Start Flowing...”-quang

Dr. Simone Whitmore and Quad Webb are once again on the outs based on the above preview for the Season 11 premiere of Married to Medicine (set to air Nov. 24).

In the clip, Simone reveals she is not talking to Quad even though they seemingly made up following an emotional conversation on the Season 10 reunion.

"Quad and I left New York in a good place. We were talking, we were communicating, and then comments start flowing on social media," Simone explains in a confessional. "People say they don't like how I treat Quad. She buys in to what these strangers are saying."

Ultimately, Simone says of Quad, "She went ghost, she went dark — and I just left her in the dark."

And while Simone has worked to overcome disagreements with Dr. Heavenly Kimes in the past, she's not willing to put the effort into repairing things with Quad, who previously told Simone at the reunion that she's "tired" of the feuding. In Simone's eyes, their friendship has always been "superficial" and "surface" level, despite all the moments they've shared together.

Why Quad Webb Isn't Invited to Dr. Simone and Cecil's Whitnik Party

Simone's friendships, or lack thereof, come up in the preview clip as she and husband Cecil Whitmore discuss their 35th college reunion, which will see alums from Spelman College, Morehouse College, and other Atlanta universities come together. For the event, which they've dubbed the "Whitnik" as an homage to the colleges' Freaknik gatherings, Simone says she plans to invite "everyone I normally keep in touch with," to which Cecil shadily replies, "everybody you keep in touch with — so who is that?"

Apparently not Quad, who Simone blames for the demise of their friendship.

Simone insists that she's "tried everything I know" to mend their relationship. But since nothing's worked, Simone says she "threw in the towel."

Quad Webb Says Simone Hasn't Apologized to Her

Quad seems to disagree with Simone's assertion that she's trying her best, because in the preview clip she explains that she has yet to see Simone do some reflection and apologize, which would be the only way for them to move forward. "Simone needs to be accountable and say, 'You know what, I was dead wrong,'" Quad explains.

At this point, it seems like the friendship is over. However, Simone's husband Cecil is optimistic the women can overcome their problems. "At this time, that's how Simone feels. But I do believe that she can come around. I think she will come around," he shares.
