The 11th season of Married To Medicine is in full swing, and fans are waiting to see how it ends following several reports.
Of course, people are still discussing that almost brawl that happened on a recent episode between Dr. Heavenly Kimes and Dr. Contessa Metcalfe. Heavenly is now speaking out about not feeling supported by the security, as well as Phaedra Parks and her upcoming exit from the show.
As fans of Married To Medicine know, reports surfaced months ago that there was some sort of blowout towards the end of filming involving Phaedra. It is said that she left their cast trip early and then joined the RHOA ladies in filming the rest of their season. Since then, there has been public contention between the attorney and the cast of Married to Medicine. Notably, she publicly said that she revived the show, which is a claim several other cast members have denied.
Recently, Heavenly was in an interview with The Jasmine Brand, where she was asked about almost coming to blows with Contessa. Specifically, she said that she felt that the security team could have done more to protect her. Fans of the show will recall hearing Heavenly call for them as the scene was unfolding.
She said, “I called security. Security’s fat a** was about 450 pounds. I ain’t even lying. I hope he don’t watch my sh**. Security was fat as hell. Bravo knows they were wrong, Purveyors of Pop[the production company] knew they were wrong for that security.”
She went on, “When I was looking for security, that brother Tucker was over there eating ice cream, and it wasn’t even hot outside. He was out there eating ice cream, and I’m running backward, looking for security. Security was nowhere to be found, and Contessa could have dragged my a** all the way down the street. It would have taken security another 17 minutes to get to me. I was pissed about security. Where the F*** was security?”
She then said, “They were supposed to be right there because anything could pop off at any time.”
Heavenly also did a recent interview with Page Six, which The RHOA Talk on X was able to capture part of. In this part of the interview, she discusses Phaedra and her exit from the show.
According to Heavenly, “You never know what Phaedra’s thinking because you can’t tell. She’s a little bit fake. I’m just saying… not a little, but yeah. I like her, don’t get me wrong, but she thinks she’s the smartest person in the room, and she’s not. She’s not. I mean, we can see right through her bull sh**. Maybe it worked on Housewives. I don’t know.”
One of the interviewers then asked for clarification on Phaedra’s BS, and Heavenly said, “She doesn’t always tell the truth. I mean, and the truth would do. Like she makes some stuff up that you didn’t really have to do.”
She then gives an example by saying Phaedra claims not to drink alcohol, but then they’d go out together, and she’d order drinks.
Heavenly then said, “Girl, why would you even say that?”
The Married to Medicine star continued by saying, “I don’t think she ever intended to get to know us on a deeper level. I think she was there, and it was very surfaced. I do like her. She’s a fun girl, but to be trusted? No, I don’t think any of us ever really did.”
When asked about her thoughts on Phaedra, saying she preferred being on Housewives, Heavenly responded, “I think she’s more befitting for Housewives. I mean, we are married to medicine and outside of medicine. She’s never been married to medicine. She’s not medicine, so she belongs there.”
Regarding whether Phaedra will return for season 12, she said, “I don’t think she would ever come back to our show.” She then gave the camera a bit of a shady look, signaling what’s to come.”
Fans can watch Married to Medicine on Sunday nights.
