The Married to Medicine couple got "real" about their relationship during the Season 11 reunion.
The Married to Medicine women weren't the only ones with some things to get off their chests at the Season 11 reunion. During the third and final part of the cast sitdown, Dr. Gregory Lunceford took his turn in the hot seat to address his marriage to Lateasha "Sweet Tea" Lunceford; in particular, his hot mic moment from Episode 12.
Host Andy Cohen referenced "how heated the argument got" with Lateasha "behind closed doors," before asking, "Now that you've seen and heard it back, do you regret the way you talked to your wife?"
Dr. Greg responded, "I do regret the way I talked to her. I owe her an apology for that."
The opportunity to make amends arrived shortly afterward when his wife and the rest of the cast joined the men on stage. Before giving the Atlanta psychiatrist the floor, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host pointed out that, though Greg had already "privately" apologized to Sweet Tea, "he wanted to say something publicly" to his wife.
"Babe, you're my whole heart," Dr. Greg told Lateasha. "I love you so much, and I would never do anything to hurt you. And, you know, those things that I said, they were just in the heat of the moment, and I didn't mean 'em. And I'm sorry."
Responding to her husband's public apology, Lateasha added, "No marriage is perfect. We're gonna have disagreements; there's gonna be spats. And, so ya know, y'all just get the real."
