Dolores Says Her Son Frankie Will Have "Probably Two Weddings” for *This* Reason-quang

RHONJ's Dolores Catania revealed the idyllic location where Frankie Catania wants to tie the knot. 

Just weeks after announcing son Frankie Catania's engagement, Dolores Catania is sharing new details on his wedding plans.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member recently explained why Frankie and his fiancée, Nicole Perricho, will likely be having two wedding celebrations.

"They want a destination wedding in Portugal," Dolores said during an appearance at Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea live show in March 2025. "Yeah, so we'll do that and then he'll have to have something here because my family doesn't leave Paterson, [New Jersey], so not happening. I got them to New York, that was far enough."

She concluded, "So, it's gonna be probably two weddings."

Dolores' youngest child, who she shares with ex-husband Frank Catania, got engaged to his longtime girlfriend on February 22.

Frankie popped the question at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City — and Dolores was there to witness it all go down.

"Me incognito waiting for the proposal," she shared in an Instagram Story alongside a photo of her wearing a face mask and all-black clothing. 

She later took to her Instagram feed to reflect on the momentous occasion.

"Can’t find the words to depict how much joy we are all feeling since yesterday," Dolores wrote in the caption of a post featuring pictures from the proposal. "My little Frankie, with a heart full of love and a lifetime of memories ahead of him, proposed to his amazing girlfriend Nicole and we couldn’t be happier!!"

She went on to thank all of the people who made the day happen.

The RHONJ castmate then addressed her son and future daughter-in-law directly. "Here’s to forever, Frankie and Nicole!"

On the February 26 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Dolores said that she's "so excited" for her son to marry Nicole. 

She also said that she will not be tying the knot with her newly-divorced boyfriend, Paul "Paulie" Connell, until Frankie has his big day (well, his two big days).

"We'll let them have their day," she said.
