Dolores Catania has worn many hats in her life. Her resume is full of interesting and dynamic career moves (you can hear more on that in the video at the top of the post). Among the jobs that Dolores has had over the years, she's even worked alongside her ex-husband, Frank Catania, and together they started a house-flipping business. However, if you're wondering if the exes are still in the business together and flipping houses, Dolores shared an update with The Daily Dish on just that subject in a phone interview back in November 2024.
"No, no, we're not doing that," The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member said of working with her ex-husband on flipping homes. "So, [my boyfriend] Paul [Connell] and I wanted to take a break. Since I'm 14, I've been working nonstop. I wanna just do nothing for a couple months and not even think. I was a single mom for years. Sometimes, I worked four jobs. Sometimes things were easier than other times. But I just wanna not have to worry. My kids are in a good place. My dogs are okay. My mom and dad are okay. I just wanna think about nothing for a couple months, so if you wanna circle back with me in January, then I'll be happy to tell you 'cause I'm sure my mind will start thinking again."
What's next for Dolores Catania in 2025?
However taking some time to chill isn't easy for Dolores. "I'm literally fighting with myself. I'm having this inner struggle of just letting myself just kinda cleanse my thoughts instead of having all these jumbled [thoughts] like, 'I gotta do this and I gotta do that. And what am I doing next? And oh my god, you know? What's next?' And I'm at the age and I'm at the place in my life I don't have to worry about what's next," she said.
Dolores Catania to appear on The Traitors Season 3 on Peacock
Mark your calendars because January is set to be busy for Dolores with the Season 3 premiere of The Traitors set on Peacock (the new season premieres on January 9, to be exact). And, yes, you can bet Dolores is excited to get her chance to compete in the series. Back in November, she teased on Instagram, "Meet me at the roundtable."
Ahead of the new season of The Traitors, Dolores was honored as one of Variety's 30 Most Powerful Women in Reality TV.
Dolores revealed how "honored: she felt about the achievement "alongside so many incredible, inspiring women who are shaping the industry. This moment is a testament to the incredible team behind me and the amazing opportunities that keep pushing me forward. So happy to share this moment with so many fierce, talented women who are pushing boundaries and defining the future of entertainment."

Of course, even if she's not formally flipping houses, she has been busy making the home she shares with Paulie all her own since moving in with him. "Now it's a home. It's not a bachelor pad anymore," she said. "I have taken up every spare room as a closet.I have taken every closet as mine except for [his closet]."
Dolores Catania teases Frank Catania's 2025 wedding plans with Brittany Mattessich
While Dolores mulls her next move, she does have one big event set for 2025. In the new year, Frank will finally get the chance to walk down the aisle and marry Brittany Mattessich. Their wedding was originally slated for November 2024, but delayed following severe weather hitting Florida where they plan to say I do.
"I did help them [for] a while with their wedding plans, but it was postponed because of the storm, one of the hurricanes. They got hammered," she recalled. "Frank's wedding was gonna be the first one up and running and then it got smashed again, so now we're going to do it on March 29th."
If the wedding wasn't exciting enough all on its own, Dolores will even have some new knees to celebrate with after her recent cosmetic procedure. "For 2025, right now, and I'm being a hundred percent honest, in my head right now, I am 100 percent looking forward to my knees. Thank you, Renuvion," she said.
