The host and Below Deck star was discussing Bravo's most legendary quotes when she graced live audience members with a flashback from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (Season 13, Episode 4), namely when Sutton repeatedly told Kyle Richards to “Name ’em,” now Sutton’s most famous catchphrase. In fact, she said it six times in total, as noted by guest and Hot Mic Podcast host Alex Baskin, sitting alongside The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Cynthia Bailey and The Real Housewives of Miami’s Marysol Patton.
Cynthia, who is friends with Sutton IRL, said she never experienced anything like the “name ’em” debacle when in person with Sutton — “Thank God, and if I did, I’d name ’em,” said the Atlanta Housewife. “For sure.”
But, with that kind of energy, Kate wondered, could Sutton hack it on RHOA?
Cynthia Bailey thinks Sutton Stracke should join the Atlanta Housewives
“She is a Georgia girl,” Cynthia responded. “She’s from Augusta, so I think she’s already halfway there.”
But it's not just because of her origins.
“Sutton’s tough,” Cynthia continued to Kate. “For me, shooting in Atlanta for over a decade, and then popping in with ladies for a couple of episodes on Beverly Hills, um … Atlanta’s not for the weak, but I think Sutton definitely would fit right on it.”
Earlier on RHOBH Season 14, Sutton invited diamond holders Garcelle Beauvais and Kyle Richards to her home state, where the Housewives met her mother, Reba. Not far away, Sutton visited her childhood home while still grappling with the emotions stemming from her father’s suicide.
Cynthia's return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta
Cynthia returns to RHOA Season 16 for what she calls an “unpredictable” Season 16, along with Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Shamea Morton Mwangi, Drew Sidora, and newcomers Brit Eady, Kelli Ferrell, and Angela Oakley. Cynthia only had kinds words for the RHOA newbies though, telling the Bravo Bravo F'ing Bravo audience she thinks most new Real Housewives are intimidated on their first season, but she was impressed by how they were able to match the veteran cast members' energy.
And just one episode into the season, Cynthia’s already turning heads herself with a stunning blond bob.
Cynthia started as a full-time cast member in Season 3 and left in 2021 following “much thought and consideration.” She also appeared on Season 1 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
