Does Brittany Cartwright Want to Date Jesse Solomon? She Says... (EXCLUSIVE)

Brittany Cartwright is single and ready to mingle following her filing for divorce from Jax Taylor. The Valley cast member has been separated from her ex for more than a year, and is now looking to the future and opening up about who she might want to date next.

After Kristen Doute suggested on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that Brittany should be set up with Summer House cast member Jesse Solomon "for fun", Brittany recently told The Daily Dish she's very open to the idea.

"I think he's a doll baby," she said. "And he's a tall drink of water, so, I like tall men."

But there are some other Bravolebrities that Brittany would consider giving a shot with. In a May 1 interview with Us Weekly, Brittany revealed that she "loves" Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Schwartz. "But I wouldn't actually date him. Let's be real," she said.

She also admitted to the publication that she would go on a date with Below Deck Down Under Captain Jason Chambers, but Lala Kent might have some problems with this. "Lala would be so jealous," she admitted.

So it seems like, for now, Jesse is the only viable crush. "I think Jesse's the only one that I think is hot right now," she told The Daily Dish. "There are so many hot men on Bravo. But, he's the cutest to me."

Does Brittany Cartwright have a boyfriend?

No, Brittany does not have a boyfriend at this time. During an appearance on Access Hollywood's Housewives Nightcap on April 14, Brittany admitted that there is "nothing serious yet" going on in her love life.

"I have been on some dates and stuff," she said.

Although she does not have a boyfriend, she does have her eye on a few people. "I do have a couple of crushes," she admitted. "I say a couple of crushes. I don't really know how to explain it."

Following her split from Jax, Brittany did go on a few dates with Jax's friend, Julian. This led to Jax getting very upset with Brittany.

Brittany admitted during The Valley After Show that she enjoyed spending time with Julian. "He did make me feel good, and it was like, I needed that," she said. "I had no confidence anymore. And I did enjoy my time with him."

But, they quickly ended things. "He lied to me about so much," she said.

Is Brittany Cartwright still dating Jax's friend Julian?

During an April 29 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Brittany revealed that her relationship with Julian is over for good.

"Julian and I do not speak, we have not spoken in a long time, he also lied to me about a lot of things," she reiterated. "No, we do not talk but I feel like he was necessary in that time of my life because my confidence was at a low, and he made me feel beautiful, he made me feel seen, he made me feel special, and I needed that at that moment."

Details on Brittany Cartwright's ex-boyfriend before Jax Taylor

Before Brittany started dating Jax in 2015, she was dating a man named Aaron, who she also briefly rekindled with when she was on a break with Jax. Both Jax and Brittany met up with Aaron during an episode of Vanderpump Rules: Jax and Brittany Take Kentucky, where things got a little heated between the trio.

During a 2018 appearance on WWHL, Brittany opened up about if Aaron had reached out to her after getting engaged to Jax. "No, no, we have not talked since then," she said.

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright's Relationship History

Jax and Brittany first started dating in 2015, with Brittany leaving her home in Kentucky to move to LA to be with Jax full time. After navigating some tricky things throughout their relationship, including a temporary breakup, Jax asked Brittany to marry him in June 2018, which she said yes to. The couple ended up tying the knot in 2019, before welcoming their son, Cruz Cauchi, in 2021. After separating in February 2024, the former couple is now navigating how to co-parent their son.

During a March appearance on Bravo's Hot Mic Podcast, Jax revealed that he's doing his best for Brittany and their son. "I walk on eggshells, constantly, every day, as I should," he said of Brittany. "I just want her to know I'm really, really trying...I want to make her happy. I'm going above and beyond to show her that I do care, and I want to be in my son's life, and I also want to be in [Brittany's] life to some extent...that's why I moved a mile away."
