On the Season 11 premiere of Married to Medicine, Dr. Heavenly Kimes stated in an episode interview that she had a BBL (a Brazilian butt lift), which seemed to confuse her husband, Dr. Damon Kimes. More recently, in an interview with The Daily Dish, Heavenly clarified the exact procedures she's had done.
After noting she "got a tummy tuck" in the November 14 interview, Heavenly confirmed that she did have a Brazilian butt lift.
"All I did was a little fat transfer," Heavenly said. "Meaning that when they sucked it out, they put it [in the buttocks] and made it smoother, so no lumps and bumps."
Heavenly went on to explain that the "terminology" can be confusing sometimes and her husband thought a BBL involved an implant, which is why he questioned her in the episode interview.
"Damon didn't take it as a BBL," she said. "[But] he knew what I had."
What is a Brazilian butt lift?
According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons' website, a "BBL," or Brazilian butt lift, is an augmentation of the buttocks area via a fat transfer, as Heavenly also stated.

In addition to a tummy tuck and BBL, in the past, Heavenly has fixed up her smile.
