Devastated Denise Richards breaks down in tears over daughter Sami's nose job: 'So sad'

Denise Richards privately shed a few tears over her eldest daughter Sami getting a nose job, but showed up to support her in person.

The 54-year-old actress revealed on the new episode of her new Bravo reality series Denise Richards and her Wild Things that she only had her 'boobs done' throughout her career.

Her 21-year-old daughter Sami Sheen, who she shares with her ex Charlie Sheen, had both her breasts done and was going to get her nose job in the Tuesday episode.

While Richards drove Sami to a pre-surgery consultation and insisted in the car that she supported her, she privately broke down in tears.

She admitted during confession that she didn't want her daughter - who famously joined OnlyFans - to live up to her own beauty standards that were quite high.

Many fans agreed with Denise that Sami didn't need a nose job, though Sami clearly thought her nose was quite hideous.

Towards the start of the second new half-hour episode on Tuesday - the fourth episode in the new series, Denise was driving Sami in a Corvette, surprising many fans that she knew how to drive a stick shift car.

Denise joked that she's glad she has a manual transmission car because Sami and her 19-year-old daughter Lola, 'can't steal it.' 

Denise said she did, 'check around,' adding the doctor they're going to see is, 'the nose guy' in Los Angeles. 

Sami added in the car, 'I've wanted this done longer than I wanted my boobs done. Like, if I had to choose between two, it would be my nose.'

She added in confession, 'I've wanted both for as long as I can remember. It was boobs and then nose. I just wasn't really confident being so flat-chested. The amount of bras I was stuffing with socks. Or I would buy these chicken cutlet-looking things to shove in there. I wore them to Coachella one year, and they ended up by my belly button by the end of the day, 'cause I was sweating so much.' 

Sami told Denise, 'Imagine how much prettier I'll be. Being able to contour without there being lumps on the side of it,' as Denise jokes, 'Maybe we need to take you to an eye doctor.'

Sami added in confession, 'High school was very hard. I had to deal with kids bullying me. People would say I looked like my dad. I actually got a comment the other day of someone saying, "You'll never be as pretty as your mom."' 

Sami joked in the car that she has a 'honker' for a nose, as Denise laughed and said she didn't, as Denise said she got made fun of for her nose as a kid.

'I feel bad that she feels she has to live up to... My nose, or whatever the f**k. Because I don't want them to feel they have to look a certain way. There were times I wanted to move the kids out of la and I couldn't because of where I worked. And they have two parents in this f***ing business. I feel bad,' Denise said while wiping tears away.

Back in the car, Denise said, 'I am excited for you that this is something you want to do,' as Sami asked, 'Really? Are you actually, genuinely excited?'

Denise said, 'I'm genuinely excited that you're doing something that you want to do and I am very supportive of it.'

The two half-hour episodes on Tuesday also featured a unique memorial for a 30-year-old iguana that belonged to Brooke Mueller.

Denise also met up with her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate Erika Jayne, and cleared the air about any bad blood they may have had.
