Denise Richards ignited plastic surgery speculation as she stepped out in LA this week - just days after making domestic violence claims in court against her estranged husband Aaron Phypers.
Richards, 54, who has previously admitted to breast implants and Botox, showed off grisly temple incisions on both sides of her face during a low-key outing in Calabasas with her daughter Sami Sheen, 21, on Tuesday.
James Bond actress Richards also sported large bruises around her eyes, which appeared lifted, and what appeared to be incision marks around her ears as she smiled.
Her hair was tied back in a messy bun, showcasing the bloodied scars.
Renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr Giselle Prado-Wright told the Daily Mail, from looking at the photographs but not examining Richards, that she believes the actress has undergone a recent brow lift or facelift.
'From a professional standpoint, the visible incisions and swelling near the hairline, along with the bruising on the sides of her eyes and tightness, strongly suggest a recent endoscopic brow lift or temporal facelift,' Dr Prado Wright said.

'Both are minimally invasive procedures that target the upper face. They specifically lift the brows and smooth the area around the eyes without the longer scars of a full facelift.
'Her scars are well-camouflaged within the hairline and temple, consistent with less invasive lifting techniques focused on the upper third of the face.'
Dr Prado-Wright estimates Richards is 'likely between five and eight days post op.'
She added: 'The incisions and swelling are almost perfectly symmetrical on both sides, which is consistent with cosmetic facial surgery.
'When you see clean, mirrored placement like this, especially along the hairline or temple, it strongly suggests an elective aesthetic procedure, not a medical one.'
Richards has not publicly admitted to any further plastic surgery. The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for comment and has yet to hear back.
This comes amid Richards' ongoing marital split. Her husband since 2018, Phypers, 52, filed for divorce earlier this month citing 'irreconcilable differences', listing July 4 as their official date of separation.
Court documents — including graphic photos — obtained by the Daily Mail then revealed that on July 16, Richards filed for protection, accusing Phypers of horrific abuse that allegedly spanned their entire relationship.

Richards stated in her Request for Domestic Violence Restraining Order: 'Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head.'
She also alleged that 'Aaron regularly threatened to 'break my jaw' and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help — none of which ever happened.'
She claimed, 'Aaron has caused me at least three concussions. Aaron has told me that he has left recording devices to record me while I was alone in hotel rooms and at my townhouses.'
Detailing a July 4 alleged confrontation, Richards said, 'Aaron repeatedly got within two inches of my face and screamed at me degrading profanities, including calling me a "c*** w****" and a "piece of s***".'
The following day, she alleged, 'Aaron came into her townhouse with his father and 'got within inches of my face and began yelling at me, calling me a 'c*** w****' multiple times and with his right hand violently hit the bill of my hat with the back of his hand which caused my hat to fall off my head.'
In the filing, Richards submitted several photos as evidence — including two showing her with a severe black eye, the bruising dark purple and visibly swollen.
Phypers has denied the claims, and says the black eye seen on Richards was actually the result of a drunken fall.

Phypers claims she sought the domestic violence restraining order to deflect attention from her alleged affair.
He also claimed Richards 'falls down a lot. And it's embarrassing, and people know it', after previously claiming the black eye was the result of a drunken fall.
Phypers claimed he found texts between the actress and another man on her laptop, including several selfies and affectionate messages like her wishing him 'sweet dreams.'
He also claimed other messages suggested Richards and the other man were planning a hotel rendezvous, with her trying to sneak him into her room.
Phypers claimed he confronted Richards about the alleged affair, and they decided to remain together.
But a major July 4th weekend dispute ultimately prompted him to file for divorce.
Phypers said his phone was missing for over a day, and when he asked Richards about it, she allegedly hit and scratched him. He later found the phone smashed in the recycling bin.
He believes Richards smashed his phone because it had photos of the texts proving she had the alleged affair.
He claimed Richards texted his mother that weekend, stating her intention to divorce him, which prompted him to file for divorce first.

Richards has previously spoken about her addiction battle and, in 2023, sparked concern when she appeared to slur her words during an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Phypers also issued his own statement denouncing his estranged wife's recent allegations, saying: 'Let me be unequivocally clear: I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise - or anyone. These accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful.'
'Denise and I, like many couples, have faced our share of challenges, but any suggestion of abuse is categorically untrue.'
'I have always tried to approach our marriage with love, patience and respect. I ask for privacy as we navigate personal matters, and I hope that the public and media will refrain from spreading harmful and baseless claims.'
Along with the filing, he asked for spousal support totaling $105,000-a-month and said his income was 'zero' following the closure of his clinic last October.
As a result, he relies on his wife's income which he claimed in court was $250,000-a-month, most of it earned via OnlyFans and her now canceled reality show Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.
Richards was previously married to wild child actor Charlie Sheen who she divorced in April 2006 while pregnant with their second child Sami.
Richards moved on with her life and adopted a third daughter Eloise in June 2011 and started dating Phypers in December 2017 before marrying him less than a year later in September 2018.
The marriage got off to a rocky start when it was revealed the pair had begun dating before Phypers' divorce from Desperate Housewives actress Nicolette Sheridan was finalized.
Phypers later adopted Richards' daughter Eloise.
