DENISE Richards is currently living in a rental apartment just a few years after selling her massive multi-million dollar mansion, The U.S. Sun can report.
The Bravo reality star, 54, her husband Aaron Phypers, 52, daughters Lola, 19, and Eloise, 13, and their three Golden Retriever puppies live in the approximately $6,000-a-month pad in Los Angeles' Calabasas neighborhood.
Denise's OnlyFans star daughter Sami, 21, lives on her own in L.A., the mom of three has said on her new show, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.
The rental development features two and three bedroom units, a community pool, gym and outdoor playground.
A source told The U.S. Sun that the family is often seen walking around the development and parking in the community lot.
On her show, Denise claimed she rents three of the units: one for living, one for a studio and one for an office.
However, a source told The U.S. Sun they have only seen her coming and going from one unit.
Rents vary, but range from $5,700 to $6,700 a month.
Denise Richards 'only filmed reality show' because shes 'desperate for cash' after ex Charlie Sheen drops child support
NO MORE LIFE OF LUXURY
Denise's new home is a far cry from her life of luxury in the ultra-exclusive Hidden Hills, where she once owned an $8 million mansion.
Kim Kardashian, as well as sisters Khloe and Kylie and mom Kris, all live in the neighborhood.
Denise's 8,200-square-foot home boasted six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two swimming pools, a hot tub and a massive backyard.
She sold the property in 2018.
While Denise's ex-husband Charlie Sheen, 59, once paid substantial child support to her, a judge ruled in 2021 that the former Two and a Half Men star could stop all payments.
The child support payments were adjusted to commence from August 1, 2018.
"Charlie filed two years ago and kept pushing the court date, so Denise was very surprised that it happened yesterday while she is out of town filming. She was blindsided," a source told People in 2021.
After a tumultuous period, the exes are now on good terms, with Charlie even appearing on a recent episode of her reality show.
'CASH-STRAPPED'
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, Denise agreed to star on her own show because she needs the money.
“She never in a million years thought Charlie would file to stop paying child support and she was blindsided when the court ruled against her," a source said.
"Then Bravo let her go from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and suddenly all her biggest incomes were off the table. She still acts and gets money from smaller projects but it’s nowhere near what she was making five plus years ago.
“She’s been more cash-strapped and she probably wouldn’t have even done the show if she was in a better place financially.
“Denise only filmed it for the paycheck.”
Unfortunately, Denise's show's ratings are low, and getting lower every passing week.
The March 4 premiere raked in 491,000 viewers.
On March 11, many fans tuned out and just 356,000 watched.
Despite the ratings, many viewers love the show, calling it "campy."
“I love it. I miss the drama-free, just simple entertainment shows," one fan said. "And people who don’t overly perform for the camera."
Denise also recently appeared on Special Forces, and was a cast member of RHOBH from 2018 to 2020.
