Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Denise Richards’ wages are at risk of potentially being seized as one of her husband Aaron Phypers‘ creditors makes moves in court, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Creditors Adjustment Bureau, Inc., a debt collection company owed $228,000 from Aaron, 52, and his wellness company Quantum Epigenetics Consulting LLC, argued Denise, 53, should be responsible for the debt.

A lawyer for Creditors Adjustment Bureau argued, “Denise Richards currently is, and at the time the debt was incurred was, the spouse of Defendant and Judgment Debtor Aaron William Cameron Phypers aka Aaron Phypers aka Aaron W. Phypers and is responsible for the community property debts.”

The company asked the court to issue an order “attaching the wage earnings and other assets in the name, possession, custody and control of Denise Richards.”

Aaron and Denise have yet to respond to the request in court.

As In Touch first reported, the legal drama started in 2022 when Creditors sued Aaron and his medicine healing center over a $190,000 business loan Aaron took out in late 2019. Creditors said Aaron had agreed to pay $11,000 interest on the loan.

The suit accused Aaron of defaulting on the loan. At the time, Aaron told the court he did not have the funds to make payments due to the pandemic hurting his business.

“Those events could be neither anticipated nor controlled, and the effects were beyond the control of the parties and imposed an extreme hardship, expense or difficulty rendering performance impossible,” his lawyer argued.

Aaron asked that he be given additional time to get the business back on its feet before he was required to make additional payments. The parties were headed to trial, but they hashed out a settlement weeks before the scheduled start date.

According to court documents, Aaron agreed to pay a total of $186,412. The parties worked out a payment plan where Aaron would make 5-figure monthly payments starting in October 2023 and ending in February 2025.

The company said Aaron made payments totaling $40,000 but then defaulted on the deal in February 2024. Creditors Adjustment Bureau then went back to court demanding the court enter a $228,000 judgment against Aaron. The court signed off on the request days later.

Now, the company is attempting to go after Denise’s paychecks to collect on the money owed.

Denise was not a named defendant to the lawsuit nor was it alleged she had anything to do with the unpaid loan.

As In Touch first reported, Aaron was hit with a separate lawsuit in November. A widower Rupert Perry sued Aaron for fraud and breach of contract.

Rupert claimed his late wife, Elina Katsioula-Beall, was diagnosed with sarcoma cancer in 2019.

In his suit, Rupert said Elina met Aaron who convinced her to try a stem cell treatment at his wellness center.

In the suit, Rupert Claimed Aaron told about a stem cell treatment for her cancer that “he said would cure or at least ameliorate [Elina’s] condition.”

“[Aaron] claimed that the treatment had a 98 percent success rate and he was so confident in it that, if it did not work, he would refund to [Elina] and [Rupert] fifty percent (of the money they [paid] to him for the treatment,” the suit read.

Elina paid Aaron $126,000 for the treatments, per the suit.

Rupert said the treatments did not work and Elina asked for her fifty percent refund but Aaron ignored her request on multiple attempts.

On March 29, 2024, “as she was dying from cancer, [Elina] sent another email to [Aaron] along with an invoice for $63,000 and a request for payment in a timely manner.” Rupert said Aaron also ignored this message.

Rupert demanded unspecified general damages and punitive damages.

A source close to Aaron denied the claims in Rupert’s lawsuit. The source told In Touch that Aaron believes the company that provided the treatments to Elina is the one who should be providing the refund.

The source said Aaron has been attempting to get in contact with the CEO of the company for several months to help Rupert get a portion refunded.

The source close to Aaron told In Touch that Aaron was the middleman who provided a space for the procedure to take place.

The source said Aaron was adamant he did not promise the refund, but the CEO of the company who provided the treatments did. The case is ongoing.
