Denise Richards was granted a restraining order against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, after accusing him of abuse.

In court documents filed Wednesday, the “Wild Things” actress details several alleged violent altercations she has had with the “Leap” actor.BACKGRID
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 54, also claims Phypers, 52, bruised her eye during one of his attacks in 2022.
Richards alleges in the docs that, at the time, she and her ex were at his Malibu, Calif., workplace, when he “became paranoid” that the plants he purchased “contained listening devices.”
The mom of three then claims Phypers called her a “f–king bitch” while hitting her in the eye with the palm of his hand.

During another incident, Phypers allegedly became violent after Richards suggested he didn’t accompany her on a work trip.
“Aaron grabbed me by the back of my head by my hair and slammed me into the ground and screamed, ‘You are not cancelling my flight, I am going with you and I do not trust you,'” she claims in the docs.
Richards also included photos of her bruised face, which she alleges came from her estranged husband.
Phypers, who denied the allegations, telling Us Weekly they’re “not true” and “conjured up,” has been ordered to stay 100 yards from Richards and her property, including her home and car.
“I have the real evidence,” he added.

Their next restraining order hearing is scheduled for Aug. 8.

These new bombshell claims come less than two weeks after Phypers filed for divorce following six years of marriage.
He listed their separation date as July 4 and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
Phypers also requested that the court grant him spousal support.
