David Beador’s second wife, Lesley Beador, has filed a temporary restraining order for domestic violence, Page Six can confirm.
A docket for the Superior Court of California in Orange County shows Lesley filed the request on Tuesday.
The mom, who shares daughter Anna Love with David, claimed her husband has been verbally abusive and harassed her in front of all of her kids, according to documents obtained by InTouch Weekly Friday.
Lesley, whose maiden last name was Cook, has two other children with ex Eriks Pukke.
She reportedly claimed that an alleged outburst on Monday was the final straw.
The mom of three explained that Pukke went to pick up their kids, which prompted David to allegedly start shouting “obscenities.”
“It was very scary,” Lesley claimed in the filing. “I recorded this whole incident and will provide the videos to the court. All my children are terrified by David’s behavior.”
She then claimed that David, who was first married to “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Shannon Beador, sent her 59 “harassing texts” in a row accusing her of having sex with Pukke — which she denied.
“[David] truly needs help,” Lesley added. “He gets in an obsessive mania state.”
She further claimed, “I never know when [David’s] next meltdown will be or how long they will last.
“These meltdowns when they occur are nonstop, even when he is working and they cause me to live in fear and to worry about the effect on the children.”
She alleged he once was cruel enough to call her late father a “pathetic loser that had nothing” and say that he “deserved” to die.
To further complicate the matter, Pukke filed his own restraining order against David in 2022.
That October, the construction entrepreneur was ordered not to “harass, intimidate, molest, attack, strike, stalk, threaten, assault, hit, abuse, destroy personal property of” Pukke or “disturb” his peace.
David has now filed a response to Lesley’s restraining order request, accusing his wife of being in cahoots with her ex to get a “rise” out of him.
“I believe this was a planned event to get a rise out of me and/or seek this order, as at that point, Lesley already advised me she would be filing for divorce,” he claimed, according to inTouch.
“This is pure extortion and it is again what she is doing in this attempt. She is upset because I cancelled her credit card with unlimited spending. I am not required to sustain her lifestyle.”
In the initial restraining order request, Lesley did in fact make a series of monetary demands.
She asked the judge that despite the protective order, she still wanted David to continue paying the mortgage and utilities on their marital home — despite her wanting him to be kicked out.
Lesley also wanted the former reality star to pay her cell bill, the monthly lease for her Mercedes Benz, childcare, child support and spousal support.
“I have no source of income from employment,” she reportedly pointed out. “Mr. Beador controls all the income and monies in our marriage. Mr. Beador has cut off all access to my credit cards.”
Page Six has reached out to David for further comment but did not immediately hear back.
The former Bravo star married Lesley in October 2020 when she was pregnant with Anna.
The nuptials took place three years after David split from Shannon. They had been married for 17 years and share three daughters.

David’s marriage with Lesley has been on the rocks for some time, though.
The pair was on the brink of divorce in September 2022 and each claimed to have separately filed for the dissolution of marriage. David, for his part, filed three times but all those cases were dismissed.
The on-again, off-again couple also filed restraining orders against each other in June 2023.
A hearing for the latest restraining order filing is reportedly scheduled for Oct. 3, at which time a judge will determine whether the order will be made permanent.
