Danny Jones' wife has broken her silence following his shock kiss with Maura Higgins at a BRIT Award afterparty.
Georgia Horsley, 38, took to Instagram ten days after the controversial kiss between the two I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! campmates. On Tuesday morning, the mum-of-one returned to social media for the first time since the scandal to share a sweet black and white picture of their son Cooper, 7.
The mum, who is said to have been 'humiliated' by Dannys' actions added a simple blue heart as a dedication to her only child in the caption. Georgia's supportive followers were quick to rush to the comments to share their support.
"Love you. what a lucky boy he is to have a mummy like you xxxxxx," wrote one. While another added: "Hope you're okay Georgia, you've got this." Someone else added: "YES GIRL!!! Lovely to see Coops a post from you. You’ve got this." While another commented: "So nice to see you back posting. We're all behind you and love you so much."

Earlier this week, Georgia was a no-show for her Monday podcast with Kelsey Parker as she pulled out of all work commitments after Danny's kiss with Maura. Sources close to the mum told the Mirror she was at a loss at what to say publicly about the betrayal.
Married McFly singer Danny and former Love Island star Maura stunned fans when a video emerged of them sharing a kiss as they attended the awards ceremony at the O2 Arena in London on Saturday, March 1. The pair were spotted leaving at an afterparty together in the early hours as they were joined by the likes of Sam Thompson, Pete Wicks, Olivia Attwood, Calum Scott and Oti Mabuse.
Danny attended the awards ceremony with his McFly bandmate Tom Fletcher, but was the only member of his band in attendance at the glitzy afterparty. He and Maura appeared to get very close throughout the nigh and they shared a "drunken kiss" at 180 Studios on the Strand.
The singer, who has been married to his wife Georgia since 2014, was filmed kissing Maura on the lips as they stood talking to one another. They had met each other on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! last year, which Danny went on to win. While on the ITV show, he had an emotional reunion with wife Georgia and their seven-year-old son Cooper
Maura had recently been romantically linked to Pete but it was reported last month that they had parted ways after agreeing that they are better off as friends. However, ex-lovers Maura and Pete are said to have avoided bumping into each other on the BRIT Awards red carpet, at the ceremony, and at the afterparty too.
Both Maura and Danny have remained silent as the clip of their kiss emerged, while facing backlash for their actions. Last week, Maura was seen for the first time as she emerged from her home. The former Love Island star was spotted waiting for a taxi at her apartment complex as she continues to keep a low profile.
Maura kept things casual in a pair of comfortable black pants and a leather jacket. She appeared to attempt to hide her identity as she wore a matching black cap. The reality TV star went makeup free for her outing. Over the weekend, Maura returned to social media as she posted a photo from a plane after fleeing the UK for LA.

Meanwhile, Danny hasn't posted since he took to Instagram on the night of the kiss to share one photo with his followers. He posed alongside YouTube and Britain's Got Talent star KSI and his McFly bandmate Tom Fletcher. Danny captioned the post: "The collab you neeeeeeeed." However, fans have since taken to the comments to slam the singer following reports of the kiss.
One commented: "Then he went and cheated on his wife." Another echoed: "Wtf Danny. You are married with a child. Fans are meant to respect you but how can they when you don't even respect yourself." Someone else added: "Oh Danny you had it all man." Another fan defended Danny, as they wrote: "Omg EVERYONE NEEDS TO STOP! These are people lives. Leave them alone."
Someone else agreed, as they penned: "If you have come here commenting in the most negative way, when we don’t know all the facts shame on you, for trying to bring somebody down." While another quipped: "The Brits is the most unpredictable night of the year."
His wife Georgia has received an outpouring of support from fans online as one fan wrote: "I’m so sorry if it’s true with Danny." Another added: "I’m so, so sorry, you are such a beautiful person inside and out. We are all here for you xxxxx." A third said: "We’re all behind you," while another fan urged: “Please can you address if you’re okay,” along with a heart emoji.

Georgia is believed to be struggling" and feels "humiliated" and is focused on 'protecting her son' after Danny's actions. The former Miss England model has seen upcoming work appearances cancelled and was due to appear in public on Saturday alongside her Mum's the Word podcast co-host and pal Kelsey Parker at the Baby Show at London's Excel. But a source close to the former model says that the mum of one will not be appearing and she is having a tough time and has put all work on hold.
The insider added that Georgia is also keen to shield the couple's seven-year-old son Cooper from the very public fallout. "Georgia is struggling at the moment. She isn’t just having to navigate the circumstances, but doing it publicly. She has been humiliated. People are quick to forget there is a child in the middle of this mess”, they claimed. "Georgia is putting her focus into their son, Cooper. For now, Georgia will not be participating in any work commitments, including The Baby Show, and any podcast filming."
Addressing her anticipated appearance at The Baby Show, the source added, “With thousands of people attending, and a number of media titles, it wouldn’t be right for her to attend and speak, when the news is only going to have been a week old by this point.”
“How can Georgia be expected to know what to say to attendees and the media, when she doesn’t know what to say to her nearest and dearest right now? Georgia is a strong person and will find her way, but she is prioritising their son over everything else right now to ensure he is protected.”

Georgia married Danny - who is due to appear on TV on Thursday night in a pre-recorded segment - at St Mary’s Priory Church in Old Malton, Yorkshire in 2014, but their strong union was thrown into doubt when Danny was filmed by a fellow party guest at a BRIT Awards afterparty, when the pair were seen chatting together much of the night and seemingly locking lips at one point in a video that swiftly went viral.
It comes after Danny broke cover days after he was filmed kissing Maura. The singer is seen in photos with his bandmate Tom Fletcher, comedian Matt Lucas and JLS star JB Gill as they met and spoke with Queen Camilla. The moment is set to air on tonight's episode of The One Show, days after married Danny was filmed kissing Maura at a BRIT Awards afterparty over the weekend.
Danny's appearance is pre-recorded and shows him and bandmate Tom meeting Queen Camilla to celebrate writing competition for children, BBC 500 Words, at Buckingham Palace. He was invited to the palace last week alongside a number of other stars – including stars in BBC's The Gladiators as the Queen was seen giggling while chatting with the TV bunch.
The scenes of Danny's meeting with Queen Camilla aired on The One Show, as a special episode for World Book Day. The special episode, titled 550 Words with The One Show, will see the final of the writing competition being celebrated at Buckingham Palace.
