The cheerleader posted a photo of Aubrey's handwritten note, which appeared to be written on a one-sheet from the Cowboys game.

The kicker's note said, "Michelle, so sorry about hitting you on KO! Hope you are doing well. Love watching y'all!"

Siemienowski also provided an update on how she's doing in the post. "This past 24 hours has been a whirlwind! I got a ton of messages and I wanted to thank you all for checking in and for your kind words! I am all okay, so no need to worry," Siemienowski told her followers.Michelle Siemienowski posts apology from Brandon Aubrey

"I'm alright everyone!" she wrote next to a video of the incident, joking, "Claiming the motto: cry now, laugh later!"
