Crystal Kung Minkoff claimed she called her attorneys after Sutton Stracke entered her room in the middle of the night on a cast trip of a past season on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Crystal revealed that she asked producers if she could “quit the show.”

During the cast trip in season 11, Sutton said she walked into Crystal’s room so she could return a coat that Crystal left in a shared space. At the time, Crystal was naked. Crystal later explained that she felt “violated,” but her co-stars seemed more concerned that she used that word to describe it.

On the Heal 2 Feel podcast, Crystal shared more details behind the conflict.

“[Sutton] and I were fighting. It was my third day filming ever on Housewives,” said Crystal. “I called my attorneys because I was like, are they allowed to come in my room in the middle of the night?”

“No one knows this. I’ve never told this story,” Crystal went on. “I asked the producers if I could quit the show. The biggest pain of that whole experience was … there was a huge camera crew behind her … just all men, like with cameras on them.”

“And I kept saying to Sutton in that experience, like, I’m not saying you did it intentional,” Crystal continued. “I’m just letting you know my experience … because I have my body dysmorphia and my own body issues.”

Back in April, Crystal suggested that Sutton didn’t have a “natural friendship” with Garcelle Beauvais, but she had an “alliance.”

“The show doesn’t allow to have natural friendships,” she said at the time on the Reality with The King podcast. “Alliances [are] part of the experience.”

“Sutton and Garcelle saw each other a lot [outside of filming] … but I do think that there’s a — and we’ve talked about this on our pod — is that there’s just inherently is like an alliance that happens,” she said, before hinting at Garcelle’s exit. “I think what happened at the end is because of real friendships felt broken. To me, I feel like Garcelle really felt betrayed by [Sutton].”
