He’s not putting his “Southern Charm” to work quite yet.

Conover, 37, confirmed that he “matched with people” on the app, but he did “not talk” to anyone yet.

“I’m still healing on myself, because I really did think I was gonna spend my life with Paige, and it’s OK, but I don’t think rushing into something,” he began to say before cutting off his thoughts and changing his tune.

“Well, I don’t know. If the right person comes around,” he said, while Hall interrupted him and pointed out that he’s giving “mixed signals.”

Conover acknowledged his differing views, but he also explained that he has “never done this before” and is still “just figuring it out” the “weird” new chapter.

“I just think for me, I think it’s about going back to my routine and living my life, and if I meet someone through that, then just go with it, but I’m not gonna overthink it,” he said.

The Sewing Down South founder didn’t elaborate on whether or not he still has the dating app, but he seemed hesitant to seriously use it to meet his future person.

Conover also addressed his ideal timeline for a future relationship and assured viewers that he won’t be getting down on one knee anytime soon.

“I think you should be together for a year-and-a-half to two years before you get engaged. That’s just me,” he shared. “But I wanna meet someone and travel the world, and I wanna build a relationship with them before we bring kids into it.”

The “Pillow Talk” author further clarified that he “won’t date someone” unless he can see himself “marrying them.”

Elsewhere on the show, Conover reflected on his three-year relationship with DeSorbo, 32, and admitted that he’s gained “perspective” and “clarity” over her decision to break up with him.

“At the end of the day, we accomplished so much in three years, like, we’re both in different places, and she’s got so much to look forward to in her career, and I would’ve ended up losing myself, because I would’ve given up everything to stay with her, and so the blessing is, as we’re a couple months out, I see that now,” he explained.

Conover also denied texting other women during their relationship after DeSorbo claimed he did during the “Summer House” premiere last week.

“It was disappointing to see the direction that her and the show went because, I’m just grateful for the three years of a relationship that we had. It was really great,” Conover said, while clarifying that there was “not infidelity” on either end.

Conover called the accusation “retaliatory” and claimed that DeSorbo would “take back” the statement now that they’ve been broken up for a few months.

“She got a lot of backlash for the breakup, which I was disappointed at,” he continued. “At the end of the day, she fell out of love. I wasn’t the right person for her and I think that’s OK.”

DeSorbo announced their breakup in late December, but she later claimed that she ended the relationship over Thanksgiving weekend.

However, Conover said that they didn’t officially split until a week later and was “shocked” by her decision.

The breakup got even messier after fans speculated that DeSorbo cheated on Conover, and he declined to deny the rumors publicly.

Meanwhile, DeSorbo was seen in January attending a Philadelphia Eagles game with a mystery man but has since clarified that she’s still single.
