Craig Conover might have pushed it a little too hard. The Southern Charm cast member is constantly on the go — between traveling across the nation for his career and for fun, but his recent revelation about a past injury might cause him to slow down a little bit.
Craig took to his Instagram Story earlier this month, where he revealed that he was in search of a knee doctor in Charleston after getting injured a while ago. "I've been pushing myself pretty hard, and I've got a sleeper injury from about two years ago that's starting to haunt me," he explained. "And I feel like it's better to deal with it now before it gets worse."
The Sewing Down South founder, however, did not share how got injured a few years ago, or why he wants to address it now. But, he later took to his Instagram Story that same day, where he advised his Instagram followers to listen to their doctors.
"Listen to your doctors and take whatever pills they tell you too," he wrote over his Story, while at the gym. "But if you're not supplementing pharmaceuticals with exercise, you're never gonna feel better."
