Craig Conover Addresses Being Back on Dating Apps: "It Didn't Feel..."-quang

Southern Charm's Craig Conover also revealed if he would be interested in getting to know Rachael Kirkconnell.

Craig Conover is single after his breakup from Paige DeSorbo, but is he ready to mingle yet?

After news of the split went public at the end of December, fans began circulating a screenshot that appeared to show the Southern Charm cast member having a profile on the dating app, Raya.

Craig revealed whether he's on the app on the February 6 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

He confirmed that he did make a profile, but that it hasn't been living up to his expectations. "It didn't feel as good as I thought," he told WWHL host Andy Cohen.

Shortly after Paige confirmed her split from Craig, another couple, The Bachelor's Matt James and Rachael Kirkconnell, announced their breakup. Since then, some fans have been pointing out that Craig and Rachael could be a good romantic fit. 

Craig shut down the rumor mill on WWHL. He already knows Rachael, and he got to know her and Matt at the same time.  "So we went to a wedding with them this summer, and it kind of ruined any — so we're friends with them," Craig said on the late-night talk show about how both of the now-broken-up pairs got to know each other in 2024.

Craig then weighed in on Matt and Rachael's split, which Matt announced on his Instagram feed in January 2024 (according to Rachael, she did not know he was going to announce the breakup in advance). 

"But, I thought it was bizarre how their stuff played out because I felt — I don't know the details of theirs, but it seemed like we were both blindsided," the Sewing Down South founder continued. "But, I never even used that word, but that's the definition of what happened. Out of nowhere, [Paige] called me and broke up with me after three years."

As Craig said on WWHL, Paige called him after Thanksgiving weekend to share that she wanted to split up. The news didn't sink in for him for a few weeks, and he's chosen not to comment on any of the speculation surrounding the breakup because he did not feel that it was mutual.

Reflecting on the split, Craig said, "If two people love each other, you'll make it work."

"And for all the long-distance people watching, we didn't want different things, she just wanted other people. And that's fine," he continued. "She didn't want those things with me anymore, and I'm not mad at her for that."
