“I lay in bed screaming — like, the sharp pains, the ache, that squeezing,” Applegate, 52, said.
Kandel echoed a similar experience, saying she feels like she has “knives in my stomach.

“I can’t even pick up my phone sometimes because now it’s traveled into my hands, so I’ll, like, try to go get my phone or get my remote to turn on the TV or sometimes, I can’t even hold them. I can’t open bottles now,” she went on.
Applegate previously revealed that her condition has forced her to rely on the help of a cane for mobility.

Applegate added that the severe pain has also impacted her ability to get out of bed in the morning.
“I put my feet on the ground and they’re hurting, like, extraordinarily bad to the touch,” she detailed.

Applegate’s comments come after she revealed that her 13-year-old daughter Sadie had been diagnosed with POTS.
