Rangers veteran Chris Kreider reveals his true feelings about working with former head coach John Tortorella once again after his memorable tenure in New York.
His strong personality and fiery attitude made him a popular man in The Big Apple while he coached the New York Rangers from 2009-2013.
As many already know this, but John Tortorella was Chris Kreider's first NHL coach upon joining the New York Rangers, and according to Kreider he truly made an impact on him during his rookie season.

Now, Kreider is set to play at the 4 Nations Face-Off for Team USA with Tortorella serving as an assistant coach.
Chris Kreider on getting to play under John Tortorella again with Team USA at the 4 Nations Face-Off:

"13 years ago now. He always treated me really well. I had a really positive experience with him as my first pro coach & I took a lot away from that. It's good to see him again"

However, that just might change considering it has been confirmed that the New York Rangers veteran will be a healthy scratch for Team USA's first game against Team Finland, which will take place tonight at 8:00PM at the bell centre in Montreal.
Kreider has been with the Rangers since the 2012-13 season while Tortorella has coached the Vancouver Canucks, Columbus Blue Jackets and his current team the Philadelphia Flyers since getting fired from the Rangers back in 2013.
