Chef Anthony Iracane Has "Questions" for Fraser Olender About His Season 11 Firing (VIDEO)

As the Below Deck crew sails through Season 12, chef Anthony Iracane and chief stew Fraser Olender's working relationship is on the rocks. Based on the above preview for Episode 7, it seems like the pair's tradition of arguing at sea is far from over.

How to Watch

Watch Below Deck on Bravo Mondays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock.
In the video above, Anthony asks Fraser if he's still fine with serving the charter guests dinner around 8 p.m. via radio. Fraser, who is doing work on the top deck, says he'd like dinner to be served between 7 and 8 p.m. This annoys Anthony, who needs to know a more specific timeframe.

"I mean, you know, I'll make the magic happen," Anthony responds. "But, you know, it's a lot of s—t to do."

Frustrated, Fraser suggests that the French chef tells him what time works best. After that, he heads to the kitchen to speak with Anthony face-to-face.

"If it's gonna be a problem, eight o'clock, we don't need to f—ing fight about it," he exclaims. Anthony then insists that he can make 7:30 p.m. work, which ends the scuffle on a tense note.

Anthony opens up about the tension in a confessional. "So I've been doing this job for a really long time," he declares. "I don't need a babysitter."

He then switches gears, mentioning the rumor that Fraser had a hand in his Season 11 firing. "I also have some questions about why I really [got] fired that way [in Season 11]." The preview then flashes back to Season 11, featuring footage of two different sets of guests complaining about how long they had to wait for their food.

"I think it's going to be time very soon to talk with [Fraser] because I cannot keep no more of this feeling inside me," he says.

Why was Chef Anthony Iracane fired on Below Deck Season 11?

Anthony was fired by Captain Kerry Titheradge in Season 11, Episode 12 for what he described as declining food quality and poor attention to detail.

"I think you're an incredible chef. Your food is absolutely amazing," Kerry said at the time. "But you're starting to kind of nosedive."

Although Anthony objected, Kerry stood by his decision. "This is not the right environment for you, mate. You're not flourishing here... If I keep you here any longer, I'm going to set you up for disaster," Kerry said. "I'm doing you a favor."

Why did Chef Anthony Iracane return to Below Deck for Season 12?

"It's not for everyone to get a second chance," Anthony said in the June 16 episode. "And, you know, I remember what happened last season. So, it's a lot of pressure because I cannot make any mistakes."

Why Anthony Iracane wants to confront Fraser Olender about Season 11 issues
Though Kerry re-hired Anthony at Fraser's suggestion, the two apparently have some unfinished business. After Season 11 wrapped, Barbara "Barbie" Pascual allegedly told Anthony that Fraser may not be as loyal as he thinks.

"She told me Fraser was a big part of me getting fired. That hurt me so bad. I still don't really know what happened, so I think I have all this anger. [At] the same time, I can't believe I get this kind of second chance," Anthony said in Episode 2.

In the next episode, he further explained his mixed emotions about their relationship. "Me and Fraser, I feel like he's really part of my family," Anthony said in a confessional. "And I feel, he also maybe was a little part of my departure [last season]."

To see the tension between the two crew members for yourself, tune into Season 12, Episode 7 of Below Deck on Monday, July 14. While you're waiting, get to know more about chef Anthony here.
