The preparations for Sunday's Conference Championship Games are now in full swing. This includes FOX Sports, who will be handling the broadcast for the NFC title game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Commanders.
Reporter Charissa Thompson made the trip to D.C. on Friday to sit down with Commanders coach Dan Quinn ahead of their showdown against the Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.
Thomspon revealed via her Instagram stories that her interview with the Washington shot-caller will be aired before the game kicks off on Sunday. The veteran sportscaster also sent a message to Quinn after having had the opportunity to pick his brains ahead of the big game.
"Thank you Dan Quinn for the time today..." she wrote, sharing a clip of her interview with the 54-year-old coach.
In her next story, Thompson posted a photo from an airplane with the caption, "2nd stop: Philly." After spending time with Quinn in Washington, the 42-year-old sportscaster is now headed to Philadelphia, which is where the NFC Championship Game will take place.
It's the Eagles who are considered the favorites to secure the NFC title in Sunday's clash. However, the Commanders have been underdogs in the past, and they are still standing. Surely, Quinn and his boys will do everything in their power to upset the odds to secure a spot in the 2025 Super Bowl in New Orleans on Feb. 9.
