CELEBRITY Big Brother star Michael Fabricant is the first housemate to be evicted from the show.
The former Tory MP, 74, was given his marching orders during tonight's first live eviction.
Michael found himself up for eviction along with Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke and Coronation Street star Jack P. Shepherd.
He has now been shown the door after receiving the fewest public votes.
Michael was met with cheers from the crowd as he told hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best: "I'm very sad to say goodbye to all my friends. They were lovely people."
Michael had been nominated for eviction by Mickey, Angellica Bell, JoJo Siwa, Chris Hughes, Patsy Palmer and Trisha Goddard.
Jack, meanwhile, found himself up following nominations from Angellica, JoJo, Danny Beard, Ella Rae Wise, Donna Preston, Chesney Hawkes, Patsy and Trisha.
JoJo had automatically placed Mickey at risk after being given the gift of a Killer Nomination earlier this week.
Michael, who is known for his eccentric fashion choices, clutched a teddy bear as he left the Celebrity Big Brother house on Friday night.
However, although he described his housemates as "lovely people", he may not miss one or two of the housemates.
Michael took revenge on EastEnders actress Patsy during the nominations after she had asked him about his hair.
Just 24 hours before he was given the boot, Patsy had asked him 'why he wears a wig'.
The exchange, which took place in the kitchen, quickly turned awkward, as Michael remained coy about his hair and refused to give Patsy a straight answer.
But he did insist his hair isn't "ginger" in colour.
Later, Michael made his feelings known about Patsy's light-hearted question during the first round of nominations.
Taking revenge, he nominated the actress for asking him about his hair.
Michael told Big Brother: "I really have found this very hard but I'm going to nominate Patsy.
"She asked me something about 'why do I wear a wig' and you know, I'm not saying it is a wig, actually, but what I am saying is I found it slightly awkward being asked about it.
"I just don't like my hair being raised.
"People have, you know, sensitivities and that's my sensitivity. Look, we're all human. I'm more human than most."
Michael also found himself embroiled in a race row with Trisha Goddard after she accused him of being 'Islamophobic'.
The talk show host made the suggestion as Michael gave a speech to the housemates during a task.
Meanwhile, Michael's short stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house will also be remembered for the moment he flashed viewers his bum.
The politician bared more than he intended as he bent over to feel the temperature of the hot tub water.
