TALK show presenter Trisha Goddard will join a star-studded line-up in Celebrity Big Brother when it returns on April 7.

The 67-year-old is said to be excited about throwing herself into the social experiment after being told her stage four breast cancer is incurable.

She has kept a low profile in recent weeks, sometimes documenting health updates on social media - telling fans "movement as medicine" as she went out for a long walk.

Trisha has been suffering horrible side effects of her chemotherapy - but has bravely battled on.

She said she doesn't want people to change how they perceive her following the diagnosis.

Trisha is best known for hosting her self-titled talk show on ITV between 1998 and 2005 before it moved to Channel 5 for four years.

She works for Talk and does guest stints on Good Morning Britain on the occasion.

HOLLYWOOD superstar Mickey Rourke is joining Celebrity Big Brother for a seven-figure sum.

The Oscar nominee, 72, is one of the biggest signings in the reality show’s 24-year history as an Oscar nominee with over four decades in showbiz.

As well as a feud with Robert De Niro, Mickey has two marriages and a string of high-profile relationships behind him - including with sexy Kim Basinger with whom he famously starred in the movie 9 ½ Weeks.

A TV source said: “It’s hard to think of a Big Brother booking as big as Mickey Rourke since the show began.

“The tales that man has to tell will no doubt be legendary and bosses hope it could replicate the success of Sharon last year, who was very loose-lipped when it came to dishing the dirt on famous faces.

“Mickey is also outspoken, with strong views, and isn’t afraid to share them."

COMEDIAN Donna Preston is the latest name to sign up for Celebrity Big Brother.

The 38-year-old will be bringing the laughs to the  famous house after winning over ITV bosses.

Donna is probably best known for working with the channel on hit comedy panel show Hey!Tracey! alongside Joel Dommett and Apocalypse Wow.

An insider said: “Donna is one of the funniest stars around and will be a huge asset to the house.

“She’s worked with ITV on a number of occasions, so they know exactly what she will bring to the table.

“She’s also a huge fan of Big Brother and regularly appeared on Late and Live last year.”

As well as her various telly roles, Donna has starred alongside Sacha Baron Cohen in Grimsby and has had roles in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and The Hitman's Bodyguard.

AMERICAN singer JoJo Siwa is bound to stir up trouble in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

The Nebraska-born star rose to fame on reality TV show Dance Moms and went on to dent the US pop charts but is now hoping to make it big in the UK.

Outspoken Jojo, 21, is known for her outrageous comments on TikTok - where she has 45.7million followers - and is a vocal member of the LGBTQ+ community, having dated both men and women.

A TV source said: “JoJo is a big name among the highly-coveted younger audience and brings with her a big US fan base.

“She’s one of those names that regular ITV viewers might not know - but certainly will do by the end of the ITV series.

“Jojo certainly isn’t afraid to speak up and is expected to be one of the more controversial names in the pack."

In the past Jojo has come under fire for faking a pregnancy as a joke and telling a bizarre lie that her dad had been hit by a bus.

She has also faced allegations of bullying from a young pop group, called XOMG Pop!

JoJo starred in just two series of Dance Moms alongside tough teacher Abby Lee Miller.

The Sun revealed in February that Love Island hunk Chris Hughes was in talks for Celebrity Big Brother.

His pal GK Barry later appeared to confirm the news during an episode of her podcast Saving Grace.

A source told The Sun On Sunday: "Producers think Chris will be a great addition to the house.

"He is really entertaining and was one of the most popular and iconic reality contestants with a massive social media following.

"Execs are hoping he will bring his huge young fanbase with him to the show, along with some juicy tales.

"He's got loads of showbiz mates and has some famous ex girlfriends — he'll be brilliant."

Chris is now a sports presenter after finding fame in the 2017 series of Love Island.

Soap star Jack has played David Platt in Coronation Street since 2000.

Last month, The Sun exclusively revealed how Jack would be taking a break from the cobbles to enter the CBB house.

A TV insider said: "Jack will be making the most of a gap in appearing on Corrie, which comes as he's about to be at the centre of a huge storyline on the ITV soap.

"His character David will be seen getting left for dead after being hit by a car on the cobbles - but it will transpire it's actually a bizarre attempt to end his own life.”

EASTENDERS legend Patsy Palmer is another huge soap name set to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Patsy, who is famed for playing Bianca Jackson in the BBC One soap, was last week said to be in "advanced talks" with show bosses.

The 52-year-old returned to EastEnders last year for the soap's explosive 40th anniversary and had an extended guest stint.

But Patsy is set to leave later this month after she hinted she'd finished filming her final scenes.

Olympic athlete Daley Thompson is racing into the CBB house next week.

The former British decathlete broke the world record four times and is now ready for a new challenge.

But a source told The Sun how 66-year-old Daley's non-woke opinions could raise a few eyebrows among CBB viewers.

A TV insider said: "Daley is notoriously unwoke and likes to be provocative, so it will be interesting to see how he is received by some of the younger housemates.

"As someone who was at the height of his fame in the Eighties, many of them will barely know who he is - but for a generation of older viewers he'll be seen as a great signing."

Nineties pop fans will be excited that Chesney Hawkes has signed up for CBB ahead of his music comeback.

A telly source said: “Everyone knows The One and Only even if the youngsters might not recognise his name.

“He’s also had decades in showbiz so CBB bosses hope he’ll be loose-lipped about celebrity encounters over the years, just like Louis Walsh last year.

“It’s perfect timing for Chesney too as he’s releasing a comeback album in April.”

The Only Way Is Essex's Ella Rae Wise is gearing up for a Celebrity Big Brother stint - but it is apparently causing "meltdowns" at home.

Ella, 24, is worried about being apart from her boyfriend Dan Edgar, 34, with no contact following a series of rows.

A source told us: "Ella has been having meltdowns about going on Celebrity Big Brother.

"She doesn’t trust Dan while she’s in the house and the fact that she won’t know what’s going on is giving her anxiety.

"By the sounds of it she’s having major cold feet."

The Sun revealed her CBB signing at the beginning of March.

TV presenter Angellica Bell is rumoured to have landed a whopping five-figure deal to appear on Celebrity Big Brother.

The CBBC legend is a well-known face and fans will be keen to see if she spills all on her untimely exit from The Martin Lewis Show, which left fans baffled  back in 2023.

Currently, Angellica is co-presenting on Hits Radio while Fleur East is on maternity leave.

She is married to fellow TV presenter Michael Underwood.

Another famous face reportedly receiving a hefty pay cheque to appear on CBB is former Tory politician Michael Fabricant.

Sir Michael Fabricant, 74, is said to have put pen to paper on a bumper six-figure deal to star in the ITV reality show.

A source told the Mail: "He doesn't hold back, he's going to be compulsive viewing, we can't wait.

"We wanted a top politician but one with enormous personality which would entertain the viewers.

"He recently lost his seat so was available, already the execs are excited that he will be a star of the series."

He will be the latest political face to enter the CBB house after George Galloway and Lembit Opik's previous appearances.

Late entry: Danny Beard

Drag queen Danny Beard is already used to TV success - and they are hoping for the same on Celebrity Big Brother.

Danny - who is Daniel Curtis away from the stage - made it to the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent in 2016.

They then went on to win RuPaul's Drag Race in 2022.

These days, Danny has forged a comedy career and took part in Channel 4's Comedy Roast.

A source said: “Danny is hilarious and witty yet also great to be around. They’re going to make a great housemate for viewers and the other celebs alike.”

It's possible they will be arriving as a late entry.

A spokesperson for ITV said: "Any names linked to the Celebrity Big Brother line up are purely speculative."
