CATHERINE Agbaje's Love Island ex has reacted to her tears in the All Stars villa after fans begged him to 'save her'.
Earlier this week Catherine, 24, broke down during an episode of Love Island All Stars as she opened up about the lack of affection from Nas Majeed, who she is currently coupled up with.
Worried fans rushed to social media to beg Scott van der Sluis - who had a romance with Catherine in the summer 2023 series - to enter the villa to give her what she's looking for.
But Scott, 24, has responded to concerns, insisting Catherine "doesn't need saving".
He added: "She’s a beautiful grown woman who has gone back on for a reason.
"We’re only just over a week in, give her time people she will find her way."
In an emotional conversation with Elma Pazar this week, Catherine said: "I just want someone to hold my hand."
Towie star Elma did her best to assure Catherine she'd get her moment and laid the blame at Nas's feet, telling her he needed to up his game.
But fans were left worried Catherine could quit the show after the frank moment.
One person wrote on social media: "Catherine might leave."
Another said: "Poor Catherine."
A third wrote: "Catherine babe ur out of his league do not cry over NAZ…i beg."
A fourth said: "You deserve to have your hand held Catherine."
Catherine and Scott had genuine chemistry when they met in the villa in 2023 but weren't able to turn it into a lasting relationship, and Catherine famously ditched him at Casa Amor.
Ahead of her All Stars debut Catherine confessed she wasn't ruling out a reunion with Scott if he showed up in the villa.
She told heatworld: "Never say never. Obviously, we've built a friendship in the villa, we carried it outside the villa.
"He's been busy. So I haven't really seen him as well."
