After years of putting their friendship/professional relationship “on pause,” Carole Radziwill returned to Andy Cohen‘s Clubhouse as a surprise guest on Watch What Happens Live.
Lovers of Real Housewives of New York‘s legacy cast, WWHL guest Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers included, collectively went feral when Carole entered the studio.
The return of Writer Girl!
It’s the first time the What Remains author has been on the network since she departed from RHONY seven years ago. Famously, Carole had a falling out with Andy, but the two clearly squashed the beef.
Carole, the show’s ‘Mystery Housewife Caller,’ greeted her former boss with a big smile and a warm embrace. “It’s Carole Radziwill making a triumphant return! Good to see you,” Andy announced to the overjoyed Las Culturistas hosts.
Andy peeped Carole taking in the environment. “This is so crazy, by the way, to be here,” she noted. “I know, it’s been a minute! Radzi, it’s been a minute!” responded Bravo’s exec.
Between gasps and squeals, Matt was able to form a sentence. “We’re honored to be here for you coming back.”
“One of the things that made me fall in love with Housewives. I remember, season 7, when you went on vacation with Dorinda [Medley] and you were both connecting over your [dead husbands]. That was really when I was first truly moved by a Housewives show. I just love you on the show.”
Carole plugged a project while in the Clubhouse:
Before the series ended, Carole promoted her upcoming appearance on CNN’s upcoming three-part documentary, American Prince , about her cousin, John F. Kennedy, Jr. It airs Aug. 9.
“It’s nice because I don’t participate in a lot of that, but I had a chance to say something nice about John and George [magazine].”
“I’m probably the only woman in the world who’s tired of seeing John without a shirt on. So, I get to talk about what really mattered to him – his passion, his magazine, and of course, Carolyn [Bessette-Kennedy].”
