Before Below Deck Season 12's latest charter even got underway, Fraser Olender had already labeled the arriving guests as "obnoxious, rude, [and] classless," before making a cryptic prediction.
"This trip is going to be hell if that’s what we’ve got on board. Hell," the chief stew declared on Episode 6.
After Fraser shared his concerns that the "really rude" charter guests would be "really, really tough" to deal with, Captain Kerry Titheradge stated that he would not tolerate them disrespecting St. David's crew.
"If they're rude, I’ll take care of that," Kerry said, to which Fraser replied, "I'll let you know, Cap. But ... we're gonna be on our toes the next few days."
When the guests' behavior didn't seem to be improving, Captain Kerry assembled his crew for a quick meeting.

"These guests are getting very rowdy," he pointed out. "If, at any point, you feel uncomfortable, let me know. OK? Demanding, we can do. Rude and demeaning, we cannot do. ... I have no worries getting a water taxi and deporting some people I have to."
In a confessional, he continued, "If anybody doesn't have respect, you have no time on my boat. I don't give a s–t who you are."
Inside the "rude" charter guests' behavior on Below Deck Season 12
Immediately upon their arrival, the guests, who own strip clubs, wondered why the crew hadn't rolled out a literal red carpet for them. They also began ordering the crew around and demanding alcoholic beverages before they even boarded the yacht.
One guest also asked so-called "troublemaker" Solène Favreau, who arrived just in the nick of time for their dockside arrival, why she was late and told her that she needs to "step up [her] program a little bit."

Once aboard St. David, the pestering continued, as they dubbed the crew's performance as "unacceptable" and even half-jokingly criticized Fraser for having a fork "out of place" and not setting the table correctly.
Against the backdrop of their multiple NSFW references to male and female genitalia, one of them told chef Anthony Iracane that he needs to "practice" his culinary skills more, comparing the "overdone" veal to shoe leather.
Meanwhile, the primary's friend also had words for Rainbeau de Roos — repeatedly shouting her name, demanding she bring her specific beverages without being asked to do so, eventually telling the stew she's on her "s--t list."
How the Below Deck crew handled the "rowdy" guests
The Below Deck crew was somehow able to their professional composure — at least in front of the guests, anyway.
"Oh my god, this guy. This guy," Anthony vented in a confessional, following the complaint about how he prepared his veal piccata. "And you know, guess what? I just take a deep breath. 'Of course, sir. We can do whatever you want.'"
"But inside I'm like..." he began, before throwing up his middle finger.

Rainbeau also shared Chef Anthony's sentiments: "When you hear like, 'Rainbeau! Rainbeau! Rainbeau!' it's like..." she said in a producer interview, before also flipping the bird.
Though Fraser, for his part, worked out his frustrations by joking that they should "put sedatives in their drinks" and drawing "demon" horns and tails on a couple of the guests' preference sheet photos during the 90s-themed birthday bash for the primary's friend, he eventually told Captain Kerry that everything was going "fine."
Thanking the captain for checking in, he concluded, "I've had way worse."
As you wait to see how this particular charter ends, find out who Fraser recently called out for making a massive mistake aboard St. David.
