There's already been three firings on Below Deck Down Under Season 3, and it looks like Captain Jason Chambers is threatening further disciplinary action in the midseason teaser.
How to Watch
Watch Below Deck Down Under on Mondays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up Bravo.
The midseason trailer dropped on April 14, and it highlights new crew members Nate Salmon and Nicolas Cattelan, who are replacing Bosun Wihan Du Toit and Johnny Arvantis, respectively. Fellow cast members Tzarina Mace-Ralph, Lara Rigby, Adair Werley, Brianna Duffield, Marina Marcondes de Barros, Alesia Harris, and Harry Van Vliet are also still in for a lot of drama.
"The infection's gone. We have some fresh faces. Time to fix it, time to move on," Jason says, which you can check out by watching the video at the top of this post.
Nicolas, for his part, gets off to a bit of a rough start, as he seems to violate the rule about drinking on charter when he accepts a shot from a guest.
"Ah, s--t," he exclaims when he finds out about the policy on board Katina.
"You've left me with no choice," Jason ominously says to Nicolas in a one-on-one meeting.
Still to come on Below Deck Down Under Season 3...
Alesia Harris explores a connection with newbie Nate Salmon
Nate also wastes no time getting comfortable on board, as he explores a bond with sous chef Alesia (whose boatmance with Johnny came to a dramatic end).
"Johnny's gone," Alesia says in an interview about her flirtation with the new addition. "It's like the angel on my shoulder, but I definitely resonate more with the devil."
Brianna Duffield's boatmance with Harry Van Vliet hits troubled waters
Brianna Duffield and Harry Van Vliet's relationship may also be hitting the rocks before the charter season concludes. Harry expresses hesitancy about defining his relationship with the stew.
The model is seen crying in her cabin, though it remains to be seen if she's upset at Harry or something else. "Worst day ever," she laments to Alesia.
Harry Van Vliet's quest for lead deckhand gets complicated
With a new boss in charge, Harry has a renewed interest in becoming lead deckhand. However, he might be getting in his own way.
"I still want lead deckhand," he says in the midseason teaser as the hot tub can be seen overflowing onto the deck.

"I just remembered," he laments.
In addition to the overflowing hot tub, the deck team also deals with a tender that gets stuck in the sand.
"You've got to earn your stripes, brother," Jason tells the deckhand.
