This has been a season to forget for the Cleveland Browns, which lumps it right in with the vast majority of seasons over the last 25 years. This year in particular, though, has an even worse feeling surrounding it considering the Browns were an 11-win playoff team in 2023, and terrible quarterback play anchored them to the 2-7 record they currently sit with. Now, players are already talking about leaving the Browns as soon as they can. Speaking on a TikTok, Browns defensive back Juan Thornhill hinted at leaving before the 2025 season.

“I have a three year deal in Cleveland, two years guaranteed, meaning last year and this year were guaranteed," Thornhill said. "But I don’t know if I’ll be in Cleveland next year.”

Thornhill signed with the Browns ahead of last season after helping the Kansas City Chiefs win two Super Bowls. Injuries have limited him in terms of games played since he signed with Cleveland. He missed six games in 2023, and has played in just four games thus far in 2024. Regardless, hearing a player already talking about going elsewhere when there is still half a season to be played pretty much sums of the 2024 Cleveland Browns.
