As Kristen Doute and Nia Booko show off their baby bumps on The Valley Season 2 After Show, it’s hard for other moms like Brittany Cartwright and Vanderpump Rules’ Lala Kent not to wonder if the baby chapter of their lives is finished.
Brittany, who shares son Cruz Michael Cauchi with ex Jax Taylor, said, “I always thought I would want three. Now I’m like, I might be okay with one. [But] not because Cruz is hard — Cruz is like a little angel.”
"I picture Brittany having one more, at least," added Lala.
Brittany admitted that while she would "like to have one more," she's got a lot on her plate at the moment. As fans are surely aware, Brittany filed for divorce from Jax in August 2024, and their separation is ongoing.
Plus, "I don't know if I could be strong in the way that Lala was to do it on her own," Brittany noted, referencing the fact that Lala used a sperm donor to have her second daughter, Sosa, born in September 2024. (Lala gave birth to her first daughter, Ocean, with ex Randall Emmett in April 2021).

Lala, for her part, is eager to have more children. "I would like to. I don't like to think that that stage of my life is over," she said on the After Show. "I keep thinking about babies, and I’m like, if I’m done, the next time that I have a baby around me who is, like, a part of me is when I have grandbabies."
"Oh, that makes me sad!" Brittany chimed in. “I love kids, so we’ll just see what happens."
One thing that could happen? "I mean, Sosa is gorgeous, so if [Lala] wants to give me some of that sperm…” Brittany added with a laugh. “Like, our kids could be actual brothers or sisters.”

Most recently, Brittany and Jax celebrated Cruz's fourth birthday in April 2025 with a “Reach Four The Stars” themed party.
Prior to that, Brittany shared that Cruz has been diagnosed with autism.
"It can be sad at times because you want them to live life to the fullest, and he does, he just does it in a different way," she said in an interview with People.
Cruz is largely non-verbal, but sometimes says words. "It can be difficult because I've never heard him say, 'I love you,' but he is so loving, and he shows me he loves me every single day. He is such a mommy's boy," she said.
