The Jax's Studio City owner has hired the same attorney who represented Kevin Federline in his divorce from Brittney Spears, but news of the new muscle in the court case didn't keep The Valley star from putting her best foot forward.
Cartwright, 35, posed for the cameras wearing a stunning sea green gown with asymmetric elements that showcased her curves at the 2024 Reality TV Stars of the Year Awards in Los Angeles.
The frock featured a plunging neckline and a thigh high split, exposing her toned legs.
The model and her stylist chose to add sheer beige pumps, making her lithe limbs look even longer.

Her makeup was camera-ready, but natural looking with a neutral lip.
Accessories were simple, and included only a pair of double hoop gold earrings and a thin gold chain with a nameplate.
It was quite a change from the casual look Cartwright had adopted earlier in the day when she was spotted with her three-year-old son, Cruz.
Cartwright told Access Hollywood she had thrown the look together 'last minute,' but shared some of her preps on social media, including video of her wearing a face mask while her hair was being done.
'It doesn't ever fit my face right,' she told the camera in the snippet posted in her Instagram Stories.

As far as romance goes, the former Sur server said 'I'm open to whatever, but I do not need a boyfriend right now.'
'I think I've got to focus on myself, focus on my son, that's the most important right now, but, you know, a lot's happened to me recently, I got a lot going on, so, we'll see what happens.'
As she tackles her new life, the reality star said she is trying to stay positive and be 'as strong as I possibly can, you know, just focus on what's important.'

'They're my friends first... the reason we even had this show is because we're all real friends,' she explained, 'they literally have been amazing for me, they're there for me 27/7, they're checking on me every day... every single one of them has been incredible.'
