A Vanderpump Rules friendship that shockingly fell by the wayside was between Brittany Cartwright and Katie Maloney. Once as thick as thieves, the two ended up having quite the falling out.

In April 2024, Brittany’s now-estranged husband Jax Taylor addressed the two’s feud. He claimed that because Brittany decided to not attend Stassi Schroeder’s 2022 wedding, Katie decided to cut her off. Katie weighed in on the rumor at the time and confirmed that Jax was telling the truth. In her eyes, Brittany gave last-minute excuses to not attend their former co-star’s wedding, and that she was done with all of her lies. It’s now been almost three years since Stassi’s big day. Have the two since made up? Brittany just gave an update.

The Valley’s Brittany Cartwright hasn’t “reconnected” with Vanderpump Rules alum Katie Maloney

Brittany recently spoke about her relationship with Katie on her When Reality Hits podcast. And according to her, Katie hasn’t been very communicative.

“I have reached out to her after her father passed away, which is horrible. And it was her birthday. So I reached out to her for both of those times. I didn’t hear back,” she explained in the March 21 episode.

The reality TV star did make it clear, though, that she has no bad blood toward Katie.

“I have nothing but love for her. If I saw her out, I would give her a big hug and everything like that. But no, we haven’t really reconnected in that way.”

Katie hasn’t responded to Brittany’s remarks just yet. She does still follow her on Instagram, so there’s a good chance that all is not lost with their friendship.
