Brittany Cartwright Denies She’s ‘Mystery Woman’ in Photo With Jax Taylor Amid Divorce, Plus The Valley Season 2 Wraps Up Filming & Will Feature Cast’s “Dark Passenger[s]” and “Cheating Rumors”

Brittany Cartwright addressed a mysterious photo of her ex Jax Taylor leaning toward a woman amid their divorce. Around the same time, a report hinted that the upcoming season of The Valley will feature castmates’ “dark passenger[s]” and “cheating rumors.”

Earlier this month, Brittany revealed that she filed for divorce several months after they separated. Last season on the show, Katie Maloney brought up a rumor that Jax cheated on Brittany. Until Brittany’s recent filing, some fans wondered if the exes were on the brink of reconciliation as they often were seen together with their toddler son.

In a recent photo shared by @cici.loves.you on Instagram, Jax leaned into a woman’s face at a restaurant table. The woman’s face is blurred.

As the photo surfaced, fans began to wonder if the mystery woman was Brittany.

“That’s definitely not me,” said Brittany amid the speculation. “I don’t want him in my face.”

Meanwhile, a report from @cici.loves.you addressed The Valley season two.

The account first noted that the last day of filming was Saturday, September 14.

“The cast will film for the last time today and then it’s a wrap,” wrote the account on Saturday. “Confessionals are 50% filmed, 50% will be filmed later on.”

According to the report, some confessionals will likely be filmed as the show airs, as the future episodes will continue to be edited.

“We will have to wait until 2025 for the second season,” the account added. “But at least it gives us something to look forward to.”

“Besides the divorce and engagement storyline you can expect a lot more drama,” the account explained. “Things have been crazy this summer and season 2 looks very promising! (I heard some people’s dark passenger showed up… and there may or may not have been some cheating rumors) … From what I have heard every single cast member clocked in and delivered. Everyone worked hard to earn that Bravo paycheck.”

Although The Valley season two will reportedly air next year, the premiere date is a mystery. All the main cast members from season one are expected to return.
