Alexis Bellino shared an emotional tribute to her fiancé, John Janssen, on their one-year anniversary.
The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18 friend, more specifically, took to her Instagram feed on November 20 to pay tribute to John on the anniversary of their first meeting at The Quiet Woman.
"Where it all began one year ago [The Quiet Woman]," Alexis captioned the post, which included various photos of the two from the last year while Taylor Swfit's "Love Story" played in the background. "Who would have thought we'd ever meet in life??? And within the next two years I'd your wife. It's crazy to think where we began as friends and where we are now!!!!!!!"
She continued, "I do question God about many things, yet you are not one of them. It's so easy to be with you, even through all the struggles the devil is throwing our way every minute. None of that matters. God is on the throne. I can't wait to forever be Mrs. Janssen. I love you, Johnny."
Alexis concluded her caption with a hashtag for "One year anniversary" and for "wedding coming soon."
After news broke that John and Shannon settled their $75,000 lawsuit for $60,000, which was discussed at length on RHOC Season 18, Alexis shared her perspective on the matter on her Instagram page.
"The lawsuit only finalized because the opposition knew we had the receipts to bring to court," Alexis wrote in-part in an Instagram caption shared on November 22. "She had to pay up because she would've lost in court. Ya, she only paid $60k of the $75, but thank you for that $60k. John gave you a discount."
In the remainder of her caption, Alexis went on to discuss the forensic accounting that John used. Alexis previously discussed this on Part 3 of the RHOC Season 18 reunion.
"We have the numbers," she told the cast and host Andy Cohen. "John spent $350,000 on the relationship before he even paid the $75,000 loan."
"Then why didn't he sue her for more if he wants that much?" Andy wondered.
"He only wants the loan back," Alexis responded, referring to the money John claimed he loaned Shannon for a facelift. "He's not gonna [go] tit for tat for what he bought."

Shannon released a statement via her attorney, Dave Beitchman, on the lawsuit settlement on November 19.
"Shannon made an incredibly smart emotional and financial decision in deciding to settle this case. I have no doubt in my mind that Shannon would prevail in this matter — the premise of this lawsuit itself is shameful, but the cost of defending the case would easily be more than the amount that was sought," he said. 'While she was certainly prepared to fight for the truth, I congratulate her in taking the high road and putting this matter behind her."
