From “RHOC” to “Judge Judy?”
Braunwyn Windham-Burke is claiming that she was sued for a Season 14 lip-lock with co-star Tamra Judge.
“I got sued for kissing Tamra!” she exclaimed on Access Hollywood amid a conversation about how her reality TV fame has made her a target for lawsuits. “For real!” she continued. “I mean, the things that people can sue you for are ridiculous.”
While there is no record of the lawsuit in the Orange County Superior Court system, a source told Page Six that Windham-Burke’s former landlord accused her of “immoral behavior” “not representative” of the house she was renting.
Meanwhile, Braunwyn and ex-husband Sean Burke were hit with a lawsuit in July claiming they owed $45,000 in unpaid rent on the Newport Beach home they lived in on the Bravo show. 
“When I first started the show, Tamra [Judge] said, ‘Get an umbrella policy.’ I’m like, ‘What is that?’ She is like, ‘You are going to get sued all the time.’ I’m like, ‘No I won’t, I’ve never been sued in my life.’”
Windham-Burke said she ultimately took Judge’s advice, which ended up being helpful with “frivolous” lawsuits.
The women kissed during Shannon Beador’s birthday party in Del Mar, Calif., which aired on the October 15, 2019, episode of the show.
“We had a good vibe. Would you rather have kissing or fighting?” Judge quipped in an interview at the time. “Just trying to make everybody happy. I don’t remember [if she’s a good kisser]. But she said I was a good kisser, that’s all I care about.”
They also went skinny dipping together earlier in the season during a trip to Arizona.
