Brandi Glanville is finding support online amid her ongoing health crisis.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is coping with facial disfigurement — which she suspects is caused by a facial parasite — and gave an update early Sunday, March 30. In a post to X, Glanville shared that online users and community have been her best source of advice.
"I'm getting more help from social media and podcast listeners than i am [doctors]," she wrote in response to a user asking about her health.
Later that day, Glanville added that "all my meds make me tired."
The reality TV star has been chronicling her health journey since 2023, when she began treatment for a mysterious illness that caused facial disfigurement.

In July of that year, Glanville was diagnosed with stress-induced angioedema, which caused puffiness and swelling in her face and affected her ability to talk and eat.
Glanville shared with Entertainment Tonight in December 2024 that she believes she contracted a "parasite" from her time in Morocco, North Africa, while filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
"We had food sitting out for hours on end, and some of it was meat," she explained to the outlet, adding that it started "six months" after she returned from Morocco.
Since then, she's experienced further health issues, including facial disfigurement. During an appearance on the Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, Glanville said she and her doctors have been seeking an explanation for parts of her face starting to "sink in," she said.

In January, Glanville announced on X that she had turned to Botched star and plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow for help.
“Yes guys @DrDubrow took 4 tiny biopsy's from my face and neck so we can continue to get better 💕ez pz no pain I was in and out on 30 minutes now we wait🙏🙏🙏🙏,” Glanville wrote.
She is still waiting for the results.
Recently, Glanville reported "painful lumps," as well as chills and "a constant oily, foul-tasting drainage from face into mouth" that is impacting her teeth. She's also incurred swelling in her lymph nodes, she added in a X post on March 8.
