Bozoma “Boz” Saint John appeared to offer a potential response to Garcelle Beauvais unfollowing the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast on Instagram on her Story over the weekend.
After Garcelle, 58, unfollowed everyone but series “friends” Kathy Hilton, 66, and Jennifer Tilly, 66, Boz, 48, shared a telling message about someone “being mad” as an insider shed new light on why Garcelle may have gotten so “upset” with longtime friend Sutton Stracke, 53, amid her exit from the series.
“…imagine being mad at me, but I’m just basking in God’s favor,” Boz wrote, as seen in a post shared by Bye Wig Hello Drama on X, who suspected the message was about Garcelle.
As for the claims of the insider, it was alleged that Garcelle may have grown frustrated by Sutton remaining on the series after she chose to leave.
“When you’re no longer on a show and the one person you constantly defend gets to stay, you’re going to be upset,” an insider explained to OK! Magazine on April 18, adding that Sutton is “good for the show” since she’s “dramatic and a drinker.”
“They wouldn’t really have anything happening right now [without her],” the source added.
In her exit statement last month, Garcelle described her time on the show as a “wild ride” as she reflected on the “amazing things” and “hard things” she endured. She also looked ahead to new business ventures and time with her family.
While Garcelle has not yet explained her decision to cut social ties with the RHOBH cast, Sutton offered a statement to Page Six on Sunday.
“I can only imagine that she needs a clean break right now. I love her and am giving her the space she needs,” Sutton shared. “I know that she is going to move through this next chapter with grace and success.”
No word yet on when production will begin on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15.
