Bethenny Frankel Responds to Gia Giudice’s Clap Back, Suggests Teresa’s Daughter is “Ill-Advised” and “Not Educated” About Finances Amid Teresa and Luis’ $3 Mil Tax Debt - suong

Bethenny Frankel is responding to Gia Giudice‘s recent shade.

After the 24-year-old podcaster called out the 54-year-old Real Housewives of New York City alum for shading her mother, Teresa Giudice, 52, and her stepfather, Luis Ruelas, 50, amid the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple’s tax woes, Bethenny reacted to Gia’s message with a couple of videos of her own, suggesting she’s “ill-advised” and “not educated” about finances.

After first noting that Gia’s comments were not something she’d “normally respond” to because they weren’t something she “really [cares] about,” Bethenny declared herself a woman of the people.

Reacting to Gia shading the “sweet video” in which she called out Teresa for being in yet another marriage with financial issues by reminding her that she’s a “mother” with a “daughter,” Bethenny admitted she didn’t know who Gia was because she hadn’t watched RHONJ since season one.

“I don’t know the difference between those girls. I’ve liked different posts of theirs, but I don’t know who’s who,” she explained.

Bethenny then said that Gia would know better than her if Teresa and Luis were “fine,” as she claimed on her new podcast, Casual Chaos, earlier this week.

“Teresa is a protective mom. She’s a working mom, and I respect that,” she shared. “I have nothing against Teresa. My occasional job or desire here is to talk to younger women about mistakes they might make if not guided, if not clear, just looking around at their peers.”

After admitting that Luis could be “a wonderful guy” despite Teresa being “warned” about him, Bethenny said her comments about the situation weren’t about Teresa.

“If, in fact, they have tax issues, and they’re not paying them, and she didn’t sign a prenup, it’s not about her. I’m talking to you guys … it doesn’t matter if you’re poor, rich, who has what … you sign a prenup because it makes things much easier later,” she explained.

Looking back at a comment Gia had previously made about being upset that her father, Joe Giudice, 52, made her mother sign a prenup, Bethenny said, “She’s just ill-advised and not educated on this topic. She just doesn’t know, and hopefully she’ll realize that it’s about being financially literate.”

In a second video attached to Bethenny’s post, she again commented on women not signing prenups.

“If you’re not gonna sign a prenup in a legal marriage, then when you buy a car, sell a house, purchase anything, a Hermes bag, whatever it is, just look at the person, say, ‘Don’t worry about it. I don’t need anything in writing. It’s fine. Take my car. Take my house. I’ll take yours. In good faith, I trust you.’ Just do that. Same level of stupidity,” she stated.
