The Real Housewives of New York City Legacy star slammed Chanel’s Istanbul storefront for the same reason she gave it to their Chicago store in 2024. They refused entry to (high) paying customers.
The former Bravolebrity addressed JLo’s “unfazed and unbothered” reaction on her TikTok.
B wondered if the doorman “didn’t realize who [JLo] was.” That’s when she wondered how the actress was treated by the “person at the door.”
The former reality star recalled being spoken to in a “very condescending” way through a “crack in the door” that “Ratatouille couldn’t fit through.”
“I looked like an absolute train wreck. They definitely wouldn’t have known who I was,” she remembered, guessing that Lopez, 56, “looked like a glamazon.”
“It made me think about the person who could never afford to buy Chanel who just buys a lip gloss … and gets turned away.
B mentioned it all:
“I don’t think that Chanel should change any policies for public people,” clarified Bryn’s mom.
“I think they should change policies about elitism and the way they treat someone.” She quipped that people are “daring” enough to enter into “their kingdom,” yet Chanel’s staff continues to “make them feel inferior.”

Rather than getting angry, the My Love Don’t Cost a Thing singer got even … in the form of retail therapy.
After calmly leaving Chanel, Jennifer spent tens of thousands of dollars at Celine and Beymen instead.
It’s serving major Pretty Woman vibes, and I can’t help but stan.
