While Daisy had some interpersonal drama during the last season of the series, her work on Below Deck Sailing Yacht has always been outstanding, making her one of the best Chief Stews in the franchise.

Deckhand Chase Lemacks, who was most recently on Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 and had some serious beef with Gary, will be joining the crew at some point in the first stretch of episodes. While it’s not clear when Chase joins or why, Below Deck viewers have confirmed that he’s joining during the season.

Chase Will Be A Replacement This Season
Chase will be joining Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 at some point in the season, but he wasn’t featured in the initial trailer because he won’t be in the initial cast. Chase will be joining later in the season, meaning Below Deck producers likely didn’t want to spoil the surprise of him being part of the cast in the initial trailer. With someone leaving or being fired, Chase’s re-entry to Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 will be a twist for viewers along with the rest of the crew.
