Former Below Deck star Natalya Scudder is making a new name for herself after her exit from the show.
The world was introduced to Natalya on season 7 of Below Deck Mediterranean. Many enjoyed watching her on their screens because of her personality and charisma. Since leaving the show, the Australian star told The Mirror that she's in a better place mentally and emotionally.
The space that she's in now helped her gear for a new start to find love on a new show, Miss/Match. The Only Fans show takes singles from the subscription service on a ice breaking date to see if they are a match or not.She said: "We started filming a few months ago and then basically it's like a social experiment. You get put in front of someone and you're blindfolded. Me and the guy were have blindfolded and had to get to know each other a little bit and then move into a game face where you play a game. After the game you then move into a little bit of personal time, hang out in a chilled area and just get to know each other."

The Below Deck star signed up for the adult content platform in 2023 with her co-star, Camille Lamb. Joining the show on OnlyFans for Natalya was not a hard decision for her. She said that the platform has more than just what people usually think. The subscription service also features cooking shows, vlogs and more.
Natalya also said that filming Miss/Match was very different than Below Deck and it was a breath of fresh air. On Below Deck, the cast is being filmed 24 hours a day, which would then get cut and edited and make viewers not see the full truth. On Miss/Match, Natalya only had to worry about filming when she had to go on the date and was able to be her true authentic self.
She said: "You kind of just get to see the best the good side and it was just a really positive experience compared to when you're filming, Below Deck. I filmed six weeks a year for six weeks straight and you're not glammed up, they got you coming out of the bathroom looking horrendous, every worst moment is captured."
Natalya added: "You've got this other show it's short, it's sweet, t's to the point and it's also just really fun vibes. The whole production team as well like it was just a really good time. It was just a very different experience. What I had on Below Deck."

The Only Fans creator said that when filming Below Deck, her mental health was not the best. There were no breaks between filming and there was no privacy - especially being mic'ed up at every moment. She felt like her first season on the show Bravo show was fair to her but when she came back on season eight, things changed. She left in the middle of the season because her mental health was "really bad."

Natalya said: "I was dealing with a lot of personal stuff in my personal life to do with a boyfriend I was with and that had a really bad impact. When I was filming, my heart just wasn't there and I just didn't want to be there. I was getting a lot of grief for people on the boat." She added: "I've had depression anxiety since I was 16 so I've dealt with that and it comes and goes. I think while I was filming that show, it was out one of my peaks where I was like I just need to get back home and get off this boat."
Removing herself from that environment benefitted Natalya at the end. She has since moved and found a psychiatrist. The former Below Deck star revealed that she was diagnosed with depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Natalya exclusively told The Mirror that she has been working on a weighted throw blanket for those who suffer from anxiety or depression. She is working on the logistics but she is excited to take her mental health journey to the next level and help others.
Natalya advises those who want to be on the spotlight to not read that comments online and to have a really good support system.
