Bachelor’s Kelsey Anderson called ‘red flag’ for criticizing Joey Graziadei’s shoes and as fans beg him to ‘leave her!’

THE Bachelor's Kelsey Anderson has been blasted by fans after she criticized Joey Graziadei's shoes.

Fans took to social media to call Kelsey a "red flag" as they begged the former Bachelor lead to leave her.

In an Instagram Reel, Kelsey was seen recording her outfit for a date night with Joey.

However, when Joey came downstairs, she immediately noticed he was wearing Birkenstocks and asked him to change.

"Are you wearing those shoes?" she asked him, to which he responded, "what?"

After she repeated herself, Joey asked, "What's that supposed to mean?"

Kelsey asked about his outfit choice again, saying, "For dinner?"

Joey asked if he had to wear sneakers as Kelsey pointed out her outfit, which was a button-down blouse and maxi skirt.

As for the former Bachelor, Joey opted for a button-down, shorts, and sandals.

Joey complimented her, saying she "looks great", while Kelsey said, "Let's put some different shoes on."

He responded by asking what if the tables had turned, and he requested the same from Kelsey.

Kelsey responded, "You would never say that to me," before asking him again to change the shoes.

Her video was accompanied by the caption, "Joey, you aren’t in Hawai’i anymore. Please cage the dogs for dinner. PS I love you"

Joey jokingly responded to the video, "@birkenstock's are always allowed."

The video garnered over 18 million views, with thousands of fans asking Joey to leave Kelsey because of her comments.

One user added a GIF that read, "That's a red flag right there."

"You're just a prop for her status," wrote another.

"Leave her," wrote a third while a fourth added, "Time to break up."

Though there were many comments slamming Kelsey, others related to the situation saying the two were practically married.

"This is what couples/married couples do. Saying he should leave her cause she’s flaming his shoes is crazy," an Instagram user wrote.

"Girl, I would’ve said the same thing to my man respectfully! Nothing wrong with Birkenstocks (my boyfriend loves them too) but there’s a time and place for every piece in our closets," said another.

"Yep, you two are basically married, welcome to the club Joey," said a third.

THEIR ENGAGEMENT

While hundreds of fans have reservations about their, many watched the two fall in love on season 28 of The Bachelor.

Joey waited for Kelsey at the beach with excitement as he prepared to propose to the Louisiana native.

As the two held hands, Joey said, "I knew early on that there was something different about you and I just wanted to learn more."

"And it has been seemingly easy at times, and I know there's a lot of tough decisions through this journey and that's what makes it really difficult."

"But there's nothing difficult about choosing you," Joey continued.

"And I can't wait another minute to tell you that I love you."

After Joey proposed, teary-eyed Kelsey said, "Oh my God. I love you. I'm so happy."

Speaking with People following their engagement, Joey spoke about his next steps with his bride-to-be.

"We want to promise our lives together, but we don't want to rush it" Joey said.

"It's time now to enjoy this. We have the rest of our lives to celebrate it. We're going to take it day by day and just enjoy this time."
