After a fun-filled vacation to start the new year, Austen Kroll and his girlfriend, Audrey Pratt, are now enjoying cozy days at his house.
On January 12, Austen took to his Instagram Stories to share how he and his love were spending a weekend together at his Charleston residence (the likes of which you can tour in the video above). "Perfect little Sunday," Austen wrote over the snap, which showed himself lounging on his $12,000 charcoal gray couch. Audrey lay on the floor in front of him, wearing a light yellow sweatshirt and resting her arms on her boyfriend's feet.
The Southern Charm pair were tuning into a football game and what looked like a TV show (yes, those are two TVs mounted on Austen's dark gray mantel).
Austen's rectangular fireplace had a fire going for the occasion and the sun shone in through the windows, just right for the laid-back affair.
Austen Kroll details his next home renovation project
Since moving into his Charleston house in 2021, Austen has been slowly transforming the space to be all his own. Luckily, he's had some help from friend, interior designer, and fellow Southern Charm-er Rodrigo Reyes.
After making several changes to his bedrooms, kitchen, and living room, Austen revealed to BravoTV.com in the video tour above he's considering taking on another renovation: the primary bathroom.
"This is the next area of the house that I need to do," he shared during the tour. "So, my next project will be the bathroom...unless I decide to buy another house."

Though the By the Way restaurateur didn't detail what he may have in mind for the renovation, we'll stay tuned to see how he changes the space!
Austen Kroll's past home upgrades
In addition to spending money on renovations, Austen told BravoTV.com in 2023 he's made investments in other areas. "Now that I have three bedrooms, I spend more money on bedding than I do on hair and face products combined."
Two of those bedrooms were stunningly designed by Rodrigo. "You'll see the flare that he added to both rooms," Austen explains in the video tour above of the guest rooms. When it came to the primary suite, however, Austen "didn't listen to a thing" Rodrigo said about that room.
The house actually has four bedrooms, but Austen turned one into his office. "It's one of my absolute favorite rooms in the house," he shared while showing off his work space. "I used to podcast here every other day with Craig [Conover], Pillows and Beer, maybe we will again."
