Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham are expanding their brood.
Just two months after The Bachelor alums—who also share kids Alessi, 5, and twins Senna and Lux, 3—revealed Arie had undergone a vasectomy reversal to try for another kid, they have revealed their fourth baby’s sex.
In an adorable video of the family shared to Instagram April 15, Ari and Lauren wrote in the caption, “The baby is a…”
The ensuing clip shows the soon-to-be parents of four popping balloons to reveal pink confetti, revealing they will be having another baby girl. In another photo of the family indulging in pink cake, the couple gushed in the caption, “We can’t wait to meet you baby GIRL.”
And the baby’s sex was a shock to both Arie and Lauren, who donned blue clothing for their party and guessed in an earlier video they were going to have a boy.
“I think it’s a boy,” Ari explained in a video shared just before their sex reveal. “This pregnancy feels different so, team boy.”
Lauren, for her part, concurred, adding, “If my instincts are wrong, I’m going to be so shocked.”
But now that they know their baby’s sex, Arie and Lauren are sure their family is complete. After all, they noted in their March 10 pregnancy announcement that their fourth baby is their “last missing piece.”
Of course, Arie and Lauren—who tied the knot in 2019 after meeting on season 22 of The Bachelor—had thought they were done after welcoming Senna and Lux. Indeed, the professional auto racer underwent a vasectomy in 2022, believing their family was complete.

“I think I rushed it,” the 43-year-old reflected after telling fans he would be getting a reversal procedure. “Honestly, it’s more on me, I think having the twins was hard at first.”
Meanwhile, Lauren, 33, had already come to terms with being a mom of three, but was more than open to try for just one more. As she put it, “Hopefully baby no. 4 coming soon.”
