ARIANA Madix has called out her ex Tom Sandoval while addressing her living situation following his affair.
The Vanderpump Rules season 11 premiere started with Ariana Madix, 38, slamming Tom, 40, for his actions surrounding their shared house.
The two previously purchased their $2.8million Valley Village home together in 2019 and have continued to live together while navigating separate lives.
The premiere opened up by showing what the cast was up to - including Scheana Shay, James Kennedy, Lala Kent, and Tom Schwartz.
When it was focused on Ariana, she discussed where she was at with Tom.
In a confessional, Ariana said, "Three months ago when Tom blew up our lives, I was not, like, prepared to be kicked out of my house and start a whole new frickin' life," she said.
Ariana revealed that despite still living together, she and Tom had a "no contact policy" and only communicated through Tom's assistant.
The former SUR bartender confirmed that her ex and Rachel were still together at the time and were sending mail and packages back and forth.
During a clip, Ariana's Something About Her business partner Katie Maloney, 37, discussed her previous relationship.
Ariana revealed to Katie that Tom wanted to "buy her out" so he would be able to stay at the house alone, which she said was "psychotic."
"If he has that kind of money, go buy something else," Katie replied.
Ariana added, "I'm sorry but then you don't have to move and I do? What are you gonna bring your little penpal back over here? I don't f**king think so."
Ariana and the Tom Tom part-owner ended their decade-long relationship after Ariana learned he had been having a months-long affair with their co-star Rachel (Raquel) Leviss, 29.
'PLEASE GET OUT'
However, many fans can't believe they were still living together at the time.
One wrote on X, formerly Twitter, "Ariana, please get the f**k out of that house. Have him pay you and leave."
A second said, "Ariana needs to just let Tom buy her out if he can, just let the house go."
"Living with your cheating ex is crazy. Don’t y’all have money?!," stated a third.
"I can’t imagine living with Sandoval to begin with, let alone after Scandoval," admitted a fourth.
ARIANA'S LAWSUIT
Before the episode's airing, Ariana had spoken out numerous times about why their living situation hadn't changed, claiming Tom refused to sell or leave the home.
TMZ broke the news earlier this month that Ariana had taken legal action against Tom after failing to come to an agreement about selling.
Court documents stated that Ariana wants a "partition by sale," meaning she wants a judge to order the former couple to sell the home and split the cash from the sale.
The Something About Her owner is not interested in a "division of kind," which would allow both of them to keep ownership interest in the property to sell off to a third party.
At BravoCon 2023, Ariana revealed that she was staying at an Airbnb, but goes to and from the house.
TOM'S RESPONSE
Tom recently addressed the lawsuit, calling Ariana "petty" and claiming she took things too far.
On Tuesday's episode of The Viall Files podcast, he said, "Ariana is trying to make it out like I'm a psychopath for wanting to keep the house that we have."
He then reasoned that all the men in his family who split from their spouses got the house in the divorce, and he feels he should have the same outcome.
"But Ariana is making it out to be that me wanting to keep the house is a psychopath move, but it's not," Tom insisted.
The reality star then shared that he offered Ariana $3.1 million to buy her out of the home, but she declined - which was revealed in the episode.
Tom continued to slam his ex by claiming she hadn't paid any house bills in "eight months" and hadn't stayed there in weeks.
