Ariana Biermann is celebrating one last Christmas at her family’s Georgia home.

The 23-year-old gave a tour of the nearly-empty mansion — which was set for public auction at the beginning of December — as she revealed it would be her last Christmas at the property, according to a TikTok she posted on Wednesday, Dec. 25.

Biermann shared the clip amid her mom Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s ongoing divorce with Kroy Biermann, who legally adopted Ariana and her older sister Brielle, 27, in July 2013. Kim and Kroy also share four more children together — Kroy "KJ" Jagger Jr., 13, Kash Kade, 12, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 11.

Throughout the video, Ariana makes her way through multiple rooms that appear to have no furniture in them. She begins by standing in front of four massive windows as she looks around fondly at the empty space.

Another clip shows her admiring a Christmas tree that’s decked out with red and silver ornaments in a different room. Scattered around the tree are piles of presents that were seemingly opened on Christmas morning.

Ariana has a sad expression on her face as she shows off a Mickey Mouse mural on one of the walls in the home. She then moves into a bedroom with floral wallpaper and hugs the purple bed frame that’s still left in the space. She clutches her heart and looks around the room before moving on to the living area.

After revealing the empty entryway, she has some fun with her younger siblings as she chases them around the home. She ends the series of clips by giving her brother and sister one big group hug.

“Last Christmas in my childhood home thank you god for the amazing memories w my family - goodbye,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

The sprawling Alpharetta, Ga., mansion has been a point of contention in Kim and Kroy’s ongoing divorce since they first listed it for $6 million in October 2023.

Most recently, the property was headed for public auction on Tuesday, Dec. 3 by Truist Bank and was facing foreclosure. While the current status of the home is not clear, the estranged couple have been able to get it pulled from the auction block in the past.

In February 2023, the home was set for public auction after the former Real Housewives of Atlanta stars defaulted on a $1.65 million loan they took out for the property in October 2012. However, a source told PEOPLE a few days later that the two took “action to clear this up.”

As of Dec. 4, the listing has been removed and the home is currently “off market,” according to realtor.com.

News of the auction came after Kroy claimed Kim was refusing offers on their home despite the property being at risk of foreclosure, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE in September.

The former NFL linebacker claimed his estranged wife’s “frivolous spending” left them with their shared marital home as their only remaining asset and alleged that the property had been nearly foreclosed on “at least two times” before.

As a result of his ex’s alleged "disregard" of how their "financial situation will have devastating consequences" for them and their children, he requested that the court "force the sale of the home" for a price that he deemed acceptable and "remove [Kim] from any decision-making process.”

Earlier in December, Kim shared an update on the divorce to TMZ: “Nobody has any idea what I’ve dealt with the last two and half, three years of my life.”

When asked if Kroy was “too controlling,” she claimed, “To say the least,” and also alleged that the last few years have been “torture” for her amid the ongoing divorce. She confirmed that they’re still living under the same roof despite their heated split.
